Sadly i am disabled and use a wheelchair. IOr worry about the clean up after I get robbed. Were looking at 250 for a house. Non hoa. I notice a lot of properties dont have fences. Are there regulations against fences. Thanks for show casing the food. I was thinking of Palm bay. We also want a community that is ethically diverse and gay friendly. Thanks for your commuents
I try to keep my Facebook for family, it's OVERWHELMING when people start reaching out. My time needs to go to WORK and VIDEO CREATION not talking! It's the ONLY normality in my life having a small Facebook. I DO TRY to reply to AS MANY comments as i can on the YOU-TUBE. The G friendly places are also the worst traffic and crime for some reason not sure the exact cause. ORLANDO TAMPA very G friendly but.. umm also very high crime. I don't think people REALLY CARE what other people are in most of Florida. Perhaps avoid NORTH RURAL Florida?? not sure. I think people in Florida are not hostile to anyone. I think most G areas are EXPENSIVE and CRIME .. do.. if you want safe and affordable.. you may not end up in the most "friendly" area. But, like I said I dont see why anyone would NOT be friendly? People dont really discriminate I mean i dont so i dont know why others?? Florida is diverse all over. I think overall your orientation should NOT be an issue anywhere.. why would it be? if you want to be in a community for G than thats NOT CHEAP.. they are ALL expensive areas.. Melbourne is NICE so is PALM BAY.
FLORIDA HOOD VLOGS I asked about Fb because u mentioned on ur u tube. Thanks : ). For your opinion. Thanks for the response 😀👍🏻. Np thanks for keeping it real.
Pauline, you should be fine finding a house for 250. I bought a 2/2 for 210k last year. If you are concerned about crime, just use a crime map along with your search and stay east of 275 and north of downtown. Other areas are safe too, I have just found that to be the trend for safety, but I know plenty of others who live elsewhere and haven't had any issues. It looks like what you are describing is Gulfport, which is not in the area I mentioned. You will hear a variety of things from different people. Your best bet is to try and meet some of the neighbors and they can give you the low-down on the neighborhood. It has a very nice little downtown district on its own (very quaint) with many gay people.
That's how it is in saint pete people aren't super trashy just violent and on drugs things look prettier than they seem that's another reason why the Southside is so appealing to people here compared to other hoods on other cities cause it's kinda clean and it's beautiful but your chances of being a victim of a violent crime is one in 17 people in the south side

I will tell you from personal experience. St Petersburg was only good from a visitors standpoint but in some parts like Central Ave by the discount mini mart, I had a camera and a black guy yelled from across the street and was like "WHY U TAPING" I dodged him before he got a chance to come around all the way.. I didnt run from him but i blocked his view going to the sides of other cars just so he wouldn't come close to me. People in this area are very camera sensitive I noticed. Almost like scientology members are. And I also noticed that St Pete behaves as a small town too much for a place they try to make people think that they want to be a city. Its just a big ass small town with a podunk economy. Its not on the level of the TX powerhouses or Miami.. and some parts are German influenced also, not as multicultural. Its got an oreo culture. Not good for a place thats supposed to be drawning in lots of transplants plus the new people moving in are racist as well and dont want to be minglers like normal people should who come to a new area. They just want a white bread suburban existence in their new city and it becomes the haves and have nots. The newcomers bring all this wealth but help nobody but themselves. I know I lived in St Pete.
Wrong wrong and wrong. Like who really wants some stranger filming them? Secondly been here all my life and so has many many family and I couldn't disagree with you more.
Agree that St. Pete is very segregated for a supposedly metropolitan area. And the type of development the local government is allowing is only making it so wealthy people can afford to live in the city limits; that's why it's becoming more racist and conservative. The Democratic city government is shooting themselves in the foot by drawing more conservative residents that will eventually vote them out. Kind of what you said, but in boomer speak. 😄

Thats why you buy not rent. Or take care of your neighborhood so people cant buy it cheap.
That Sounds good & true but it's not always that easy.
Dat ain’t even the hoods 🤣😂 stop capping I’m from dea
I lived in ST Pete a few years, now I am Clearwater. St Pete is terrible but South St.Pete is just awful. You do not want to move there . Drug houses in every corner , gang bangers, drive by shootings. Take my word, even if you get a free house you don’t wanna move to this area .
U must be white
@@goonn337 exactly only white ppl think St Pete is Compton or sum shit 😂
@@michaelwoods3799
White people have to create a negative narrative about every predominantly Black area in the world in order to justify the bullshit the police and the government does to Black people.
@@floridababy974 i guess so cause every white person thinks south St Pete is so bad when really we're just a laid back city . things gonna happen in the hood and white ppl aren't used to it but they think they are In immediate danger which ain't never the case
Went to St. Pete in January and it was chill. The "Gangbangers" are just regular ass dudes trying to drink a beer and chill or whatever. Had zero problems anywhere there
I live in the hood it's not like it used to be
I can't tell wheres that first hood really ?
He started right off 16th street behind reds snack shack.
Is old northeast part of the south side?
No
Have you spoken to the locals? I suppose it's not good enough for you.
Are you familiar with the charge Impersonating a Police Officer?

Welcome to St. Pete.
I was looking for your fb channel can u post it on the bottom of the video’s. I know ur busy .. I love your info!! Were looking to retire like many of your viewers.
It has a very nice little downtown district on its own (very quaint) with many gay people.
what area is this roughly?
Yooooo London to St petes ✊🏽✊🏽✊🏽✊🏽
The neighborhood does not look too bad in my opinion
That's how it is in saint pete people aren't super trashy just violent and on drugs things look prettier than they seem that's another reason why the Southside is so appealing to people here compared to other hoods on other cities cause it's kinda clean and it's beautiful but your chances of being a victim of a violent crime is one in 17 people in the south side
who got beef with who?
Nice houses
💯
Very hood indeed
is it safe for a chinese asian to visit this place?
Yes.We won't bother you.Everyone minds their business like regular people.
nah
yes, nobody cares. just don't bother people and behave normally and you won't have issues.
Don't get involved with drugs and you'll be okay
This video would have been more entertaining if everytime he said “hood” it was said by DJ Khalid 😂😂😂
😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅🤦♂️
Where I'm from is much worse and really the hood and ghetto. Toledo , Ohio
One thing to remember is St Pete is hispanic and black white but not mexican.
lol what? There's plenty of Mexicans here. I taught at Northeast and like, 20% of my students were fully Mexican. There's a lot of different ethnicities.

@Martin Luther well thei must be the lucki people that dont get to see hard realities.
lmaoooo you don't know shit and your comment proves it. I know, I was born and raised in St. Pete and have lived here over 30 years. You have no idea what you're talking about.
Betha heights born and raised
Playlot 3 is the toughest hood out of St. Pete.
