Beautiful color on that Chicken. Love the edition of the buttermilk. Doming and flipping are key to this dish. I love taking the inside kitchen and bringing it outside on the Blackstone. I can tell that chicken was so so tender. That cheese, perfectly melted. You guys are fun to watch with spot-on directions in what you are cooking. As my sister called it when we were kids... that "Chicken Cord on Blue" came out beautifully, the chicken was cooked to perfection. I never really thought about doing that on the Blackstone... good call! My mom used to make this for dinner at least a couple times a month when we were kids. I think she browned them on the stove and finished in the oven. Good times. Serve that with a side of Mac & Cheese... yum! OH, and "burnt" panko isn't really too bad of a thing! Griddle on!

OMG CCB is like my favorite thing but, I would have never even thought about doing it on the Blackstone. One thing for me is I am a low carb guy so here is what I do when a breading is needed. Obviously I would use an egg wash but here is a tip for all the other low carb eaters out there. Grab a bag of your favorite pork rinds, throw them in a zip lock and use a rolling pin or whatever to crush them into a panko texture. Then mix in some finely grated parmesan cheese. You can also add the usual suspects to your blend for some extra seasoning. Dredge it twice and bam low carb breading. Thank you guys so much for showing this. I will be making it soon.

Question . I’m on the fence on buying a griddle/air fryer. I’m not a lover of fries or any of the frozen junk food from the grocery store. Do you have any recipes for the air fryer so it’s worth my money. Iv been watching RUclipss of different people but it’s all the same frozen junk food that I would never buy. Lol, I totally understand! We loved the chicken wings that we made from fresh wings - bacon wrapped jalapeños have been done by Todd Toven, and we even talked about doing our Mexican Street Corn in them. Anything you’d make in a regular air fryer these would work just as well. Sorry if this doesn’t help much! This was my first air fryer, and we love using them! Good luck Marlene!!

I watch all your vlogs. My grandson hooked my phone to my tv set.s. I'm 66 years old .. I have a 28 inch blackstone my self but I can't use it right now because I live in montana and it is under a lot of snow . I am not to upset cause when summer hits I can use it all three days............

Another I missed! Definitely a great special occasion cook. I've used a raised rack on the griddle, then domed to help roast to doneness after the fry. And the honey mustard is spot on! Now I'll go follow Tommy!

@@waltwins soy sauce, brown sugar, Gochujang Sauce, sesame oil, Ginger , garlic, green onions, oil....bring all to a boil on medium heat, reduce to simmer to allow thickening once desired thickness is achieved turn off and allow to cool. Massage chicken with your choice of oil, air fry 400 for 10 minutes or so, pending your liking of crispness, dredge crispy chicken in sauce which should be cooling at this point, and refry for a couple of more minutes and then serve, garnish with chopped green onion for the thumb nail
