Habit stacking! I also like to link different habits together. So my first like 40 ozs of water I always drink while I get my first 3,000 steps in. And that always happens before caffeine or food to make sure it gets done!

This makes so much sense! I’m so grateful I found you girls! I literally lived YEARS of my life thinking this was ALL because I didn’t have motivation or I was just destined to be overweight for the e rest of my life. I was overthinking it and trying to start at the end. 🤦🏼♀️ I’ve restarted and just hit 1 month doing 10,000 steps every day 🎉 taking my habits one step/one day at a time! ❤
Love this!!! Analysis paralysis is so real and focusing on one thing at a time has helped me so much. I have focused on steps, calories, and protein now and plan to focus on amount of water intake next. These are all coming habitual and that is so motivating!
