First off, we see Lazercorn's camera and a figure starting a fire. However, this does not prove the figure was Lazercorn. The footage may have been doctored after the fact.
Second, we only see the fire spread on one block. This is not sufficient proof that the fire was created from that certain point. Someone may have doused the fire after the fact or it may have died down without enough fuel.

Would lasercorn be innocent because he is a foreign person given protection by betty law and if so that means he is innocent, he was also invited to the sever meaning he was under protection in the first place. Mari, and joven in the other hand have destroyed lasercornya, and killed its citizens, and set fire to the houses, and crosed the border with out permission which means there actions are not protected. You could use reason from this to comvect Mari, and joven and prove lasercorn is innocent
