That’s more advanced. I’m assuming this video is for people who’s new to trap bar workouts..
Isn't this merely a squat with a trap bar? Why keep calling it a deadlift when it's basically a squat movement.
Range Of Motion is not full. Benefits will be partial.
That is what the other handles are for, just turn the trapper around.
And that’s ok. Few sports require full ROM strength.
