Lol, it's funny how ketamine got this stigma as a horse tranquilizer (or as one stripper referred to it, after I thought I'd politely declined her colleagues offering of coka, "He only likes cat tranquilizers!"). Ketamine was first used on humans and still very regularly is used on them. Anyway, when you think about it, horses don't actually require a lot of it to go down. A 600kg horse would be dosed 1-3mg/kg, so that's 0.6 to 1.8g. Adjusted for a body weight of 72kg, that's only 0.072g to 0.216g. I do my Christmas shopping on serving sizes in between these two.
