      ​@@evanmedi6144 that's a bold accusation to which id say you are wrong. He probably eats super clean, drinks plenty of water, makes proper movements in the gym and gets rest. As a new father I highly doubt he would take that chance. Also, it's way too easy for anyone to say "prolly roids" when those folks probably don't even give effort, they simply throw shade to make themselves feel better. To believe you can't achieve means you make every excuse not to.

      ​@kirkstaggs9773 he does not look natural his low body fat would be super hard to get naturally with those massive muscles. So he's most likely juicing. Doesn't mean he had a bad physique. Its awesome.

    The trick to working out is to search random videos on RUclips of which ever muscle you’re working out from different people and just pick one and complete the session. Trust. With that being said these videos are perfect.

      And then use an app like Stronglifts to organize these random exercises into a solid workout program. 1. Warmup 2. Big heavy lifts 3. Accessories 4. Mobility/flexibility work

      Got to be careful SOME OF THESE CLOWN video’s have been proven to be fakers no gains and crazy ways of lifting that will cause problems, this guys 1000% legit he’s answered a few questions I had, I’ve made corrections to my workouts bcos I’ve been making mistakes for months myself following stupid advice, this guys amazing

      @@len3169not for me, steroids work for some not for others don’t like needles
      1 of the lads I work out with is on them and he manages to do 6 days of working out In the gym and Sundays he’s on bike rides, he’s doing 3 more days of working out then me easy.

    Good stuff but the foundation should be heavy barbell rows, deadlifts and shrugs if that upper back thickness is goal. These are great accessories once you get strong in those.

    Showing improper form and proper form is very helpful. Also, showing how by doing lat pulls from straight down to more of an angle is important as well.

    Budy, regular pulldowns train the lower traps and teres, which are massive parts of what makes up the "upper back."

    First pull in seated row is great to work the lats, but he prefered to pull for mid and upper back

      Years mate! Every work out has to be considered, focusing on mind muscle connection and time under tension. Then we have to consider sleep, diet and supplements. Even if you juiced for a year you wouldn’t have near this type of back :)

    With the low amount of body fat you have, to actually build those GUNS is insane man! Many bigger dudes out there working out with much higher body fat % don’t have that kind of bicep circumference as you do, something you should definitely be proud of🤙🏻
