Sun-dried garlic = garlic powder for the whole year! Economical method

I used all sizes of garlic, large and small. You have to crush them well so that they dry quickly. The thicker they are the longer it will take. I crushed on the fifth day, once the garlic had cooled down.

Petite astuce : posé au soleil sur une plaque noire (ou tout au moins sombre et mate, pas réfléchissante comme une plaque inox), ça sèche beaucoup beaucoup plus vite 😉 Bon ok, il fut avoir une plaque en fer noire sous la main
