    I found out I’m low porosity… keeping it in sew ins and braids for the most part has helped with growth… I just started using protein by green beauty and 😳 lord it’s wonderful and comes with instructions for each porosity!! Also I remember I used to do protein treatments years ago with colored hair and basically forgot hair still needs it. Also curlycrisis fenugreek has helped with so much growth for me the past 9 months !! I wish we could post pics on RUclips comments to show.

    Curlformers for me is the best method to get a sleek heatless blowout. I deep condition for longer now. 45min to 1hr. Ayurveda treatments have really made a huge difference in my hair. Alma and Bhrami powder are a good combo for a strengthening treatment. I wash my hair every 2 to 3 weeks. And refresh my scalp with rose water in between washes. Plus refresh my hair a bit not adding too much product each week. I mostly finger finger tangle then after stretching my hair I go in with a Tangle Teaser.

    • @hephzibahbeulah3569
      @hephzibahbeulah3569 2 года назад +5

      Yes, definitely avoid tight styles, if possible stick to loose twists and braids. I have sensitive scalp too and I used Zoe Organics hair products in 2020, it really helped and I abandoned them in 2021 but went back this year 2022 and I can tell the difference. Try it, Zoe Organics. The maker has sensitive scalp too so she worked magic with the products.

      @@ShaniqueBuntyn I haven't been doing tight styles, and when I do any twists, I leave that area out. The soreness mainly comes from when I wear bonnets, scarves, headwraps, wigs. I'm assuming it's the rubbing that's making it sore, but I don't know how to fix it when I wear those styles

    • @Twzzlers
      @Twzzlers 2 года назад +2

      @@MusIcChic171 I don't know if you have the bonnets that are flat like with a band but I suggest those ones cuz the scrunched ones messed with my edges (plus I have a small forehead so... it caused disaster). I have 0 patience for terrible products, and for me? If something can't "work" within 2 minutes of me applying it to my hair, I never buy it again. I have a couple products that do manage to work within that time. The Rapid line from Elsève (Elvive) L'Oréal, Herbal Essences Hello Hydration and the Hairfood (treats) masks by Garnier Fructis. If they can do it? Why then would I waste my time in the wash with stuff in my hair for 15 to 30 minutes? No way. I want to get in, get out, be done! I am no longer a slave to my wash day routine, and I like it so much!

      How is an hour ‘so much time’? Even people with bone straight hair spend that much time washing, conditioning, and styling. It’s just hair. If it’s so burdensome, then why not cut it into a cute taper or simple bald head?

    • @GetIntoTheBLACK

    • @hephzibahbeulah3569
      @hephzibahbeulah3569 2 года назад

      Hmmmm... Personally I noticed the length of hair for back and front is hardly equal, it's a natural phenomenon. For me, mine is longer in front than at the back and for my sister gets is the reverse, for most of my friends too... But both sides grow and significantly too. If your hair is growing steadily and healthily I don't think it is something you should worry about. Just study your hair and know what styles it looks best in and what styles your hair length will be advantageous to... You'll grow to love the dynamics in a bit.... For me, I love that the longer length in front makes my head of hair look equal when I let my hair down as it ends up in the same spot as the back hairs.
