It’s about time. These books should not be easily accessible to children without parental permission. If parents want their children to read this type of material they can buy it for them.

@teeniehi8472 Kids don't need those books. They can easily get porn on their phones and computers. Rediculous law

Exactly. We need to keep the pornography and violence of the bible out of the hands of children. It's a vile, evil book that no kid should ever be exposed to. So obscene and disgusting!

@@richardh8082 It may come to a, surprise to you but some parents do permit their kids to have a cell phone for just that reason.

This is not a news report. This is propaganda. There are no book bans. Nobody is banning books , they are simply saying that books aimed at children should be age appropriate. To be honest, if you want highly sexualized books pushed on children, you are the bad person. Give kids a chance to enjoy their innocence before it's ripped away by life.

Better get those bibles out of Churches, we wouldn't want children to learn about LOT and his daughters 🙄

The Bible doesn't promote the sexualization of children. But yeah, nice try.

@@kevinstaggs5048 I hold a doctorate in theology I have read every version of the Christian bible even the heavily edited King James Version. Do you know about the story of Lot and his daughters? Or how about how they performed abortions, Or how Jesus said even a homosexual would be permitted to enter heaven, I suggest you read the Ethiopian Christian Bible it has far more greater detail and even explains the real reason for Lucifer's fall from heaven and the real reason for the flood. Stay away from the King James Version🙄 Also are also aware God never commissioned anyone to write a bible?

Libraries are not obligated to keep porn on their shelves, especially for children.
That's not a ban; you can still buy it for yourself if you're so inclined.

What library has porn on the shelves? Let alone giving it to children.

This is a pressing social problem. Groomers are using these books as a means to sexualize children. If you can't see that, maybe you're part of the problem.
