basically the song says is about a girl who was on a rooftop, about to commit suicide. But a guy then saves her and convinces her not to jump. Later, the guy then asks the girl why she wanted to commit suicide, and it was because she had Thanatos' disease. The people who were ruled by Thanatos wanted to die, and the people ruled by Ero wanted to live (I think). It is said that the people with Thanatos' could see and hear the Grim Reaper. And since the girl could hear the grim reaper calling out to her, she wanted to jump. The girl tries to commit suicide again waiting for the boy to save her again. It then flashes to a scene where they are both ready to jump. Once they finally jump, the boy sadly dies but the girl doesn't. It is revealed that the boy had Thanatos' all along, and the girl was his Grim Reaper.
