My wife just bought a 2025 cx90 Turbo S premium and she's picking it up tomorrow from the dealer. We are naturally quite excited. The test drive was mind-blowing.
A nice couple was showing me thier brand new matching mazdas. Proudly telling me they were both skyactiv. When I asked what's skyactiv? They replied we dont know. They are nice to ride in. Peace bro.
The liftgate also features a bottom motion sensor; a wave of the foot beneath the bumper will open the liftgate if your hands are too full to toggle the latch button.
This might just be the BEST review of this new Mazda CX-90 I have seen. Best review IF you are actually considering buying one. The reviewer didnt miss a single item or feature of this CX-90! Wow. I know its a long review....but potential buyers do a LOT of research anyway. I've seen over 20 reviews of this new vehicle and except for the one done by a Mazda Engineer, this is the best one. Thanks for posting. (btw: I already have my turbo s prem plus and Ive put 6,000 miles of fun driving on it already)
Thanks for the wonderful review. I learned a few things about our vehicle. We recently got the CX-90 PHEV GT which is the top of the line PHEV in Canada for $64,750 Cdn or about $47,600 US). I noticed a couple of options of the top of the line Inline-six such as power steering column adjustment and coloured body trim on the wheel wells which ours doesn't have. Since we've been mostly driving locally on the electric motor for the first 1000 km, we're getting 2.9 litres/100km or about 80 miles/US gallon.
Another good review, you do a very good job. I enjoy the overview of the features and your feedback of the drive, comfort and quietness. I think this is a very nice SUV, a lot of luxury for the price. I am interested as I like luxury that is still controlled and fun.
Love all the details in this review. So much more than the car salesman at the Mazda dealer. Thank you so much. Comparing this with Acuda MDX at the moment
Great Job reviewing this dynamic SUV. I have a few questions : I didn't see a USB C port in the front?; Does it have a Remote Starter? Does the Remote Start engage the Window Defrosters, and start the Climate controls to cool the car in summer, and /or heat the car on cold mornings and engage the Steering Wheel heater?; , Does it have Auto Entry / Auto Exit feature that moves the steering wheel, and the seats & mirrors into their Memorized settings? Does it have paddle Shifters? And what is the Price as tested? I would be wrestling with the new CX-70 and the CX-90. The difference is the 3rd Row which is puzzling. They are the same price? I don't need a 3rd Row and would be happy o get the same vehicles with a full Bench in the rear AND pay $2K less!
The programmable liftgate height isn’t just a boon for short people - also people with low garage ceiling heights, or those who risk slamming their garage door opener arm into the open lift-gate!! I had a bad experience on a previous vehicle until this feature made it a thing of the past on our Mazda CX-50!
Hokie.....EXACTLY.....the programable liftgate height is for opening the rear inside your garage! Most owners will want it as high as possible for when you are unloading groceries, but you MUST program it for clearance inside the garage.....it is a bit of a 'proceedure', but it is explained in the owners manual. Also...at the factory setting (which is low, so new owners dont hit their garage doors the very 1st time they park it) you can manually pull it lower or higher by hand. In fact, you will adjust it by hand durring the set-height procedure as well.
Good review. I learned a few things that the other reviewers didn’t mention. We’re you able to turn off that “distracted driver alert”. It was very annoying. I’m your latest subscriber.
I had a touchscreen in my Durango. I much prefer the Mazda system in my CX90. Safer and much more accurate than trying to fat finger a touchscreen while driving.
I was looking at getting a nicer camera a few weeks ago, but ended up buying another go pro.. Dropped it the first day I used it. I can’t be trusted with a nice camera 😂

My 1st Mazda CX-90 Turbo S Premium I buy.

I think that Mazda is the premium car brand. And on many international markets it is underrated. Great review as always. Greetings

I've already bought one. Coming friday
Did you buy the PHEV 56 MPGE?
Hell yeah. Same trim as this?

Thank you 🙏🏼. Definitely a lot of luxury for the price
Yes, I buy 24' Mazda CX-90 Turbo S Premium.
Good luck 🤞
You got it bro 🙏🏼

Great color combo

I'm happy the video could help.. Both are great. Best thing to do is test drive both back to back and see which one suits you better
Great color combo....great review and presentation!
Thank you!

@13:18 it looks like you held the push to start button in, but you do not need to do that. Just push it and release.
Mazda has lowered the MSRP on this vehicle buy $4,000 dollars. It now starts at $55,950 plus destination of $1,495.
Yes!
I get mines in 2 weeks
I really like your in-depth review of the CX-90 great SUV in every way but how was the build quality would you say its Lexus like or not
Thank you! I would say the build quality is right on par with Lexus!

Love the car but those 21 inches tires are so expensive to replace.
Buy a Ford then.
I would buy cx70 one 2row one in this
No touchscreen is a negative.
The screen actually becomes a touchscreen once you are in Apple Carplay or Android Auto!
@@OtisSpringerpilot correct, but it also too far away to be useful.

Video quality is great but using that fish eye or wide angle distorts the look of the vehicle. I wish car reviews wouldn’t use it.

👍🏻👍🏻
Yes! Buy the CX90! Now, there should be videos questioning should you buy a fancy raggedy ass Mercedes or BMW
Mercedes is twice the car and twice the price and the ultimate in luxury and style, Bonehead.
I think Mazda got lazy with the rear. Never liked it it’s so sad 😕
I agree
