Hey gang I apologize I think I was wrong on geo-restriction with SECUMD or as they like to be called CQ. I am 70% I mixed that up and its open membership but am traveling and will confirm in next 24hrs and update this response. UPDATE: Yep mixing up the SECUs here, SECUMD is open
Great question, I have no idea which one fits that but we have profiled at least 6 on that list and not much has changed with those (DCU, AOD, AFCU, GCU, Penfed (still sucks), SECU, Alliant, NIHFCU)
5:50 I have them since 2020 or 2021, I have to check. But they’re ok. Its hard to get in contact with someone, customer service is hit or miss. And oh, if ur card is lost or stolen, they’ll report it lost/stolen to the credit bureaus. Its a real pain. The geo fence must be recent, but I live in California, never lived in Maryland 😂
@@WalletMonkeys The only one I know is nasa federal they all you to prequalify they show the limit and get credit cards without being a member…. Do you know any banks or fin techs I could go get business credit cards with new accounts showing on my report with a 780 fico ?
True on NASA I forgot about that, there will be a handful I am sure I just don't know what those are off the top of my head. Unless the business is 2+ years old or filing tax returns and has own Paydex, they will look to your personal credit anyway, so if thats solid you can just literally start at the top with Chase and work your way down on the business side.
@@WalletMonkeys yea I have a good personal credit score and a good paydex score but I have 4 accounts that’s under 4 months old reporting I wanted to know what banks that aren’t new account sensitive
Ya Chase might be iffy on that, Amex would be fine especially if you already have 1-2 cards with them, if stated income is strong then you should be fine for BOA, WF and others, those that tend to not be so new account sensitive would be PNC, BMO Harris off top of my head
This is great to know. I received a member invite for a card from SECU, so i was hoping they equifax. I can also attest to NIHFCU they always EQ for me.

SECUMD is not geo-restricted and you can join by making a donation to their foundation. VACU is a hard pull on Equifax and geo-restricted to Virginia.
SkyPoint is located in Germantown MD. I have had an account with them for 20yrs. Use to be mCFCU. Not VA restricted
Thanks for intel, I will have to go back through Skypoint!
Redwood Credit Union for all those in California. They pull EQ5 for all credit decisions. No hp for membership. Maybe a backdoor in but unsure
Good find, I will dig into it
@@WalletMonkeys I am a member of Redwood Credit Union. $25,000 sl Credit Card & $5,000 LOC after 2 months of membership.
@@RLFLOWS FICO??

Can I please get one list for Experian ?
Yep will work on that
@@WalletMonkeys thank you
Does Langley hard pull for membership?
@Shawn Bummer. I've only seen great things about them. Maybe I'll apply during an app spree soon
@@bruh7391 Langley automatically denied me due to too much credit availability, something to consider if you don't want to waste a hard pull.
Which ones you don’t have to be a member to get the credit cards tho ??
Probably none of them, most CUs will require membership
