Clear something up for me. Was Joe Milliken related to the Petty’s? I remember seeing in LMS races at Caraway in the early 70’s, and remember, as an 11 or 12 year old kid, hearing someone in the stands saying he was kin to Richard and worked for him. I also recall seeing him At Martinsville in one of those legendary LMS/Modified doubleheaders driving a blue 04 MOPAR sponsored by Hayes Jewelers of Lexington, my hometown. And that brings up another question. Was that car one of those kit cars? I know Petty Enterprises was supposedly heavily involved in the development of that program, and an episode on that would be very interesting! Just discovered your channel, and my brain is working overtime with all the questions I can think of about things “back in the day”! Subbed!
Ritchie I met you in 1990 I believe, working for Derrick Close, Tony Furr was crew chief. I don't remember who was driving, I know there were at least 3, I was a weekender tire carrier Love the videos
