This was really cool Al, that DPM building was damn close to the prototype. The roof was spot on! I've looked at some GoogleEarth images of places on your layout but having you walk around and show it made it come to life. You live in an area of such amazing history that it ALL begs to be modeled. See ya in the next video brother! And to anyone reading this, Go get Howard's book!!! I just received my copy and it was so much better than described! The photography is amazing and Howard's details make you think you are viewing an actual scene in real life! The stories and explanations are so fun and intriguing!! It reminded me of those massive and heavy books we all used to go buy at Barnes and Noble or Walden Books before we had the internet!!

Lots of history in the Ellicott City area, some good, some tragic. Certainly lots of good ideas for modeling. In my misspent youth we would drive around the hills and narrow roads in that area at much too great a speed.😂
