I did not expect to get emotional when Justin points to the crowd during Time Turned Fragile and sings, “I’m so proud of all the things you’ve done”. So much has happened in 17years. These songs still slap
I started choking up at L.G. FUAD 😅 probably because its my favorite song but how is Justin's voice THIS GOOD his vocal cords age like some damn fine wine
I watched this video originally like a month ago, but Justin's quote has sat heavily with me since then. It happens around the 39 minute mark and says: "The thought of letting go feels like permanently erasing a part of yourself, but that is exactly what is needed in order to grow."
I'm So Proud of Jesse Johnsons SWAG behind his keyboards/MOOG SURE 17 YEARS OLDER BUT his ICONIC Mid air/upside-down playing style will never die! WAY TO GO JESSE!
Unfortunately we've all since aged my friend! My wife and I dating and childless when I started listening to MCS. Life has been good since, but time has flown by!

Funnily enough, I've had tickets to see MCS three separate times in my life and the first two times some cosmic tomfoolery stopped me from going. Then THIS time I had the tickets for January, which THEN had to be postponed to April haha
Justin is pushing 50 and still sounds good. Yeah he has to push a bit more to hit some of the notes but you guys should just be lucky he can still sing every song in the original key.
Does anyone give more every night or look like they’re living their best life the way Jesse Johnson does? I’ve seen them live a few times and Jesse is always leaving everything he has on the stage. God I love these guys.
This band was on my bucket list to see live and then I heard they were no longer performing and was devastated. When they started touring again in 2022, I was there to see them in Sacramento, CA and it was so amazing. They've still got it and brought back so many memories
Amazing how great this album was in a field full of completely forgotten, overblown messes. Equally amazing how overlooked it was at the same time. Happy this video exists as I didn’t get to see this!
One of my biggest regrets is buying tickets to this tour, but giving them away at the last minute because I was too anxious to show up to a live show. Thanks for uploading this so that I could enjoy it retroactively.
This music hits way harder emotionally as an adult. I'm glad he has trouble with his own notes XD i was just saying that i feel sometimes idk if theres even supposed to be a note to sing in in some songs. theres yodeling, wails, runs, vocal fries. its juts good to see its not as easy for him live as it sounds in studio. ALL LOVE
Love how one of my favorite bands was able to maintain their energy and sound. I’ve been to concerts where the entire band had to alter their mix to cover the singers vocals (they were horrible) I think the band was taking back Sunday?
The only way I could be a better player than you are right here in this situation would have to have the best team on your side to beat the team and be able and play for the best player on your team in this position is if we can get the ball in a game that we have a chance of getting the best team to play in this situation is to get a good team in this game that has the most quality in this league but I don’t know if that would happen but it
Jesse just has the best gig ever
I did not expect to get emotional when Justin points to the crowd during Time Turned Fragile and sings, “I’m so proud of all the things you’ve done”. So much has happened in 17years. These songs still slap
Friend. Watching this was very emotional for me too. It was like transporting to a great time!
Samesies. I couldn't believe how dead the crowd was! Maybe it's because they're all old like me now haha
Was emotional during the whole thing 😢
Time Turned Fragile is probably my favorite song of theirs, I felt that too.
I started choking up at L.G. FUAD 😅 probably because its my favorite song but how is Justin's voice THIS GOOD his vocal cords age like some damn fine wine
LAST NIGHT ❤️❤️
Hold me down= saddest song ever. Lots n lots of years since this album came out and this song still makes me cry every time
One of my favorite albums

How the FUCK have 18 years passed? What a classic. From the front, to the back, what an AMAZING album. I´m in tears and joy and fun and sadness. Wow.
I'm late to the party, but this album was my everything in 2020 and 2021. Fantastic band.
Better late than never to the awesomeness that is Motion City Soundtrack, @Kintaro!
Amazing album
At least you missed the heartache of them breaking up. Though Justin’s solo stuff was really good.
@The Scentleman got into them after the breakup and honestly I would have been absolutely devastated if I had listened at the time
Better late than never my friend!
One of the best albums ever made
Their music is timeless. Many of these songs are around 20 years old and haven't aged a day.
Unfortunately we've all since aged my friend! My wife and I dating and childless when I started listening to MCS. Life has been good since, but time has flown by!
Honest to god, this is the one band from my childhood that I relate more to as the years go by. It’s aged like wine.
The "I like you" in Attractive Today is maybe the biggest dopamine hit I've ever taken

The universe is against you. I'm with you, bro. Fight off the universe

this album takes my feelings back to 2005 absolute and instant
Does anyone give more every night or look like they’re living their best life the way Jesse Johnson does?
I’ve seen them live a few times and Jesse is always leaving everything he has on the stage.
God I love these guys.
I was at this show, front row barricade...easily one of the best shows I've been to all year! They've still got it
This band was on my bucket list to see live and then I heard they were no longer performing and was devastated. When they started touring again in 2022, I was there to see them in Sacramento, CA and it was so amazing. They've still got it and brought back so many memories
That keyboard player is just living his best life!
MCST was such a big part of my teen years. Helped me get through some dark times.
Tony Thaxtons drum parts are critically underated. Grew up playing this album back to front and the creativity is second to none.
So much nostalgia. I really miss these guys but I’m glad I got to see them live a few times 💕
My god, the crowd is dead. I was at the Sayerville NJ show the next day and the crowd was PUMPED!
we’re all old now and got bad backs and knees 😂 can’t move like we used to
Cut us some slack man 😂 a lot of us are in our late 20s-Early 30s and can’t move like that anymore
The vibe at that show was great though I had an amazing time.
Committed indeed...😭🤘❤💖
Amazing how great this album was in a field full of completely forgotten, overblown messes. Equally amazing how overlooked it was at the same time. Happy this video exists as I didn’t get to see this!
This band is still so freaking good
Man I wish I was there
TELL ME THAT YOU'RE ALRIGHT
One of my biggest regrets is buying tickets to this tour, but giving them away at the last minute because I was too anxious to show up to a live show. Thanks for uploading this so that I could enjoy it retroactively.
Glad you get to enjoy it nonetheless!
if it makes you feel better, I went to see them on this tour and got covid there :)
I've missed this band so dearly.
Never take this down ❤
i will never stop loving this band
Guys its time to make a new album!
This video saved my night. Thank you 👍
love it
this is so nostalgic to me, i got to see this album in full in the uk about 10 years ago 🥲
A multi-cam, great quality full video of the tour I had to miss? A fucking blessing. Thank you so much.
I was front row to this. It was amazing.
Just fucking superb
i missed the show in Berkeley and was so bummed :( thank you so much for uploading this!!
Saw them when they came to Silver Spring. Was an amazing show.
This music hits way harder emotionally as an adult.
I'm glad he has trouble with his own notes XD

This is the best flippin' band ♥
Give me a reeeeeeeeeeasonnnnnnnn to end this dissssscusssssioooonnnn
I don’t believe a word
Of anything I’ve hear
Tell me that
It’s not so hard, it’s not so hard
The perfect definition of the fear of missing out in a 1:27:53 set
What amp brand are they using?!
O guitarrista fica andando pra trás e pra frente toda hora. que nervoso!

keyboard player is having way to much fun
Jesse spends more time going apeshit than playing the keyboard lol
scrolled all the way to find this comment - worth it
I don’t like to listen to this cause it’s painful to look back. Love this all though.
