They should have gotten a Grammy nomination for "Being funny in a foreign language", the album is amazing.
Unfortunately Grammy is a popularity contest now
sadly , the Grammys suck now
@@panxoaltair1 have always sucked
grammy is bullshit
This is not a Grammy band, they are real musicians with raw talent.

how tf did you do this even it's just 30 minute after uploaded 🤣🤣🤣
YOU’RE A GOAT THANKS!!!
I can’t wait for the subs
Damn, no 'A Change of Heart'. It's one of their best.
Anyway, thanks.
tysm!!
It's 3am and i just decided to discover the 1975 and holy shit I've been putting it back for so long like a stupid assignment but the assignment turned out to be a perfect hellish paradise it's unfair really their music is my ideal cup of tea
Welcome to the club. Whether you're 15 and their lyrics speak to the unfairness of your world, or your 68 years old, re-discovering what a truly beautiful gift amazing live musicianship is, you're home. Take a load off, grab a bev and friend, dance, sing, and love the day away with the best of em': 6-10 friends all playing the music that defines them. Their friends. Their families. Their childhoods. Their pasts. Their futures.
It's a great time to be a fan.
Lol I hate when I discover a band late but at least you’ve got a lot to listen to. I saw these guys twice back in the day (2013-2015 ish) but kinda fell off after the third album. I’m so glad that I’m back tho because damn these guys are good. I can’t listen to I Always Wanna Die (Sometimes) without crying
I'm mad that I just started listening to them 2 months ago and both of my daughters and a friend of mine have been listening to them since the beginning. They tried to get me to listen to them a long time ago. I can't stop now. I hate they are on hiatus and we didn't get a chance to see them on this tour😢
@@cmiles80 that is the WORST when you fall in love with a band and realize you JUST missed their tour lol don’t worry they’ll be back!
SAME they’ve been in my periphery for a decade but only two months ago I decided to dive in and I’m full of regret that I didn’t do it in 2014 lol. Glad I’m here now though.
it’s bonkers how sobriety healed matty’s vocals. he sounds the best he’s ever sounded. he’s lowkey incredible
He’s been drunk for the last year or so lol
he starts the show drinking and smoking......
@@AlanTerryuk the sobriety is a lot deeper than smoking and drinking
@@glenmclean3872 true that. I’m just saying that starting the show like that doesn’t give me a “good, sober vibe”
@@alex-oo1vy okay yeah lol i understand that and know that but im not talking about alcohol or weed… im talking about his sobriety HE talks about. like heroine and coke.. lol
I'll never forget when i used to watch their live full show at The o2, London by vevo 6 years ago from my small room, shitty laptop just vibing, sobbing and actually shed tears cus of how much this band would help me go thru the stuff i struggle with and now to actually see them live twice is just amazing and fulfilling
Same for me...the o2 live was what got me and from there to watching them live in 2023 🤩
This is so relatable.
That video of their O2 set in 2016 is the most important video on RUclips. I remember how I got goosebumps the first time I saw it in 2017.
Same for me,,, the 02 live was when I considered how much I loved this wonderful band.
this is CRAZY how accurate you are!!! from watching them at the o2 to seeing them TWICE
One of the best live shows ever
After the o2 ofc
See you guys in Portugal!!
@@FoodciangZhengthis is better than the o2
You obviously don’t get out much do you?
So true !!!
what a fucking show, can't even begin to imagine the atmosphere being there in person
gonna be there tomorrow for their show in brussels, i cannot wait!!!

And the intro to To Shy 😭
by far the most iconic live performance i've ever watched. what a band!!!
I'm 62 years old and have loved The 1975 since I first heard Chocolate. I remember dancing on the beach with my ear buds in. Such talent!! I'm so glad to see their success!!
I'm 63 and heard the 1975 at Coachella festival for the first time and was blown away.

53 year old guy here, this is the best performed and designed live show I have ever witnessed since U2s Zoo TV tour in 92, phenomenal band and show concept.
I'm 33 and saw this live in SF, I was in awe
I'm with you there! I'm 53 and bloody love them, they're just the fucking best ❤❤
47 here! There a very few bands out there today that have been consistently amazing and The 1975 have had my heart from their very beginning. twenty one pilots is another band I love. Both amazing bands who put out quality music and put on amazing live shows.
Ohhhhh yeah, welcome to the show
Wow what a group of exceptional talents..
Holy fuck the engagement from the crowd during Too Shy is insane. What a live band, and what a captivating lead singer Matty is
1:41:57 - the slow mo shot after Matty belts out that high note is such poetic cinema, just feel the whole song is encompassed in this 20 seconds. What a band.
My favourite song of theirs. Always has been. Straight chills down my spine with this live version.
I wish the whole movie had more stylistic flourishes like this. I feel like it being a livestream limited their ability to the play with the filmmaking, even though a concert of this kind definitely deserves it.
Hello, may I know the title of this song. Pleaseee
@@user-no5uj9vn9y I always wanna die (Sometimes)
this one too 46:47
God bless them for posting these concerts, I wish more artists did, not all of us have the money to go see them live when we live on the other part of the world. I would pay three times as much to see this at the theatre on the big screen than any other major artist. Congrats on the editing, directing as well, as if the sheer beauty of these songs wasn't enough.
It’s also great marketing and I don’t know why as you say other artists don’t see the benefit of it
Came here from TTPD, fell in love. Wish the circumstances were better but so happy to be introduced to this stellar band. Damn.
Same. Loving it.
Yay! Welcome 🤗 they are amazing ❤
from what? whats ttpd?
oh shit nvm
can’t believe i missed this band 🤯 amazing sound and performance 🎉
I want to live inside this show for the rest of my life - the feeling this show gives me is better than any drug on the market. It's pure happiness. It's fucking everything.

I agree with other comments, Matty just has IT! Taylor could not be over this.
I’m 64. Been a musician for most of those years. I don’t care for much pop. My friends don’t seem to like anything new. Music ended in 1979. But these folks…The 1975 and their side players. I mean c’mon. The tunes, the lyrics, the arranging, and the playing. This band is so thoughtful and enjoy the fact that they can perform live. Saw them in October. Just great.
Truly, music transcends regardless of age. Their music is art ❤️ glad you were able to watch them live!!!!
music didn't end in 1979 you just haven't been looking hard enough
I know that. My point is that most people my age think it did.
My daughter dragged me to their gig in 2020 at the age of 46; I will be grateful for forever for that day (numerous gigs later). Love this band to bits.
Ok I admit I’m here because of Taylor and curiosity. Well… I can see the attraction now, he’s pretty amazing. Great band , love the vibe. Too bad they didn’t work out but now 1975 has a ton of new fans including me😂!
THANK YOU. I wish people would look past all the Taylor/Matty drama and actually just listen to this band. They’re so talented.
same here. i used to love them back in the day but i haven't listened to them in ages. taylor has me falling back down this rabbit hole and i'm not mad at it lol
Same...never heard of them, and WOW Oh Carolina might me one of my new faves...Taylor's got good taste!!! 🤣

Absolutely incredible.
I NEED to see them once before I die.
Missed their Australia tour...can't wait to see them live
the whole concert was just on fireeeeeeeeee🔥🔥🔥
The When We Are Together performance is probably the most beautiful moment I've seen from these guys onstage. So tender and communal. Love love love when they clap and sing along and Matty gives a shoutout to all the band members.
Absolutely agree. It appears like it’s been months since they’ve included it in the setlist. I hope they bring it back for the Toronto show Saturday! Such an amazing and heartfelt track. The harmonies are just gorgeous too
I had never heard of these guys until they came and stayed at the hotel I worked at. Them and their manager were so respectful and left their hotel rooms better than most guests. My daughter was a fan and I have only just started listening to some of their music. Had no idea the big fan base they had.
There are too many iconic moments in this show to count. Truly a masterpiece
I’m here again after Tortured Poet. Just to remind myself that THE 1975 are fucking incredible.
This band is just one in a billion. Hits after hits in their discography, incredibly talented and pull off a masterpiece of a concert. They are definitely at their best but not at their peak, there are more incredible things to come for them.
What Matt did at concerts like drinking, smoking and eating raw meat on stage is just a part of the act, you can clearly see it. You think it’s creepy and disturbing because you make yourself think that this is 100% real and doesn’t comes to your mind that he is a performer while performing some acts on his own show. Like Harry can wear some glittery jumpsuit on stage and no one would think like it’s not apart of his act of performance. Artists have their own artistry and Matt has his own too. He did said something and does controversial things like during the Malaysia show, but he isn’t all bad, his music, vocals and artistry is on another level. The 1975 is still an amazing band regardless.
Harry lol
This is real art x
Agree! But for malaysia it’s a bit out of place, surely he can do better
There’s nothing I love more than seeing peoples faces in the crowd of these videos. There’s nothing like that live show connection to your favorite artist/music, it’s just magic ✨
i heard my first the 1975 song when i was twelve years old. ten years later, i was lucky enough to be front row for this show. i don’t think words can explain how much this music has been with me through all phases of my life. now i get to have one of the best days of my life documented and i don’t think i’ve ever seen myself happier :’) the 1975 you are the music of my life. i love you.
It's GREAT stuff. Life can be GREAT stuff.
This just might be the best concert of all time.
It's 2024 and still the best fckin show I've seen. Matty is truly a show man.
This was the BEST album in 2023 Grammy or no Grammy. Still on high rotation on my playlist in 2024

Listening to “I always wanna die sometimes” live with everyone at a concert is an out of body experience. Hope I can go back and see them again some time soon. 🥹
There was something different among the crowd during this song at the concert. A true, genuine energy coming from everyone. What a song to hear live.
Just saw a clip of it on instagram. A whole 30 seconds. Had to find the full video...I have never had goosebumps for an entire song and after before. Can't imagine the feeling live.
I simply can't imagine my life without this band
Very unique and great energy. They sound so awesome live. There aren't many artists that can compare to their live shows.

Seriously, look at how sublimely happy those fans were that night.
Why didn't I know about this band before? 😭 I love them!
Fantastic concert. ‘I’m in love with you’ brilliant. I think the superb musicianship of the whole band isn’t always acknowledged but they really are at the top of their game.
Kudos to the prod team for making this🔥
TEN GRAMYS FOR THIS BAND GENTLEMANSSSS!!!!
I'm 37 and I love these guys. A lot of older people than me saying the same. They really are that universal
I’m 37 too! But I think these guys aren’t much younger than us. They caught my attention even though I mostly listen to 90s rock still!!
These guys are super talented!
I watch this at least twice a month until next tour. This band is just everything.
Not here because of TTPD, but enjoy the greatest band on the planet the 1975!!!!
aww what a phenomenal performance! passed up the opportunity to seee them last summer and i tell ya if i ever get the chance again !!! watch out !!
I dare anyone to watch this & still not get why the biggest pop star in the world wrote half of her new album about breaking up with him ;) He's not the tallest or most conventionally handsome dude in the world, totally problematic in some ways...but some guys just have it & Matty HAS IT.
No one really knows who the songs are about. It’s a guessing game. I will say there’s no way that she wrote half of her songs about Matty. Most of everything she writes is a mix of real life and fantasy. So many double meanings and life events. It’s silly to think her songs are all about her past boyfriends. That’s not recognizing her talent. She’s an amazing artist. This guy is not amazing..
I’m literally never into this skinny druggie rockstar types but Matty Healy has got something else cuz even I think he is SEXY AF 😂
I love how they balanced this. I can so clearly hear everyone, specifically Ross and George sing their BVs in I’m in Love With You Oh Caroline.

When I was 16 these songs explained everything that I couldn’t express in my head. The happy days, the dark sad days, the nostalgia… ALL OF IT!
I'm always blown away by the magnitude of the creativity, raw talent and showmanship of Matty, supported by the incredible musicianship of the rest of The 1975 guys, and their long-term touring musicians. I hope that they know that we are so appreciative of their talent and efforts, as they have been the soundtrack of the last decade, through joyful and challenging times alike.

This band is out of this world. This is the best concert that I have attended. They put a lot of thought into the concept of the show. They sound as good if not better than their record. I just hope Matt Healy takes care of himself. With his smoking and drinking, I am not sure how that helps him maintain his vocal power. Please take care so that we can keep watching his shows.
Love the theatre. What a show! Awesome on so many different levels. Thank you ❤
Literly Hit after hit !
Matty's vocal performance on Robbers here is beyond impressive especially considering he'd sung for an hour and a half already. He's somehow totally unhinged and completely in control and I don't think he gets enough credit for being one of the best male vocalists of his generation.
Errrrr he uses auto tune extensively? His weak whispery voice is very mediocre at best. He is a decent pop star that is all. The way he parades around the stage like some tortured artist is just an act. He is a pop star. Pop music is still great in its own way but it is aimed at people who are not into music and are there more for a sing along.
Live sound is better than studio record? HOW?
BIG LOVE!
They use some backing tracks and auto tune on Matty a fair bit, but they are also great performers with a lot of musicians on stage to get it right!
Agree. So often I hate to see an artist live because they sound so much better studio produced. This is the complete opposite - they sound AMAZING live! I saw them 2x this Fall and want to 'go again' because it's JUST SO GOOD. Not lying - they just keep getting better baby!

This live is insane. A perfect show.
Wow, they are amazing! ❤
Just to enlighten people, the parts of the show which you think Matty is acting, he obviously is. The reason, which he stated recently, was that he (and george) like to smoke on stage. Legally they found a loop hole where any sort of theatrical show allows you to smoke, and therefore they have introduced cut scenes and acts live on stage to allow them to freely smoke. Youre welcome 😊
