    Omg, this is the beef noodle soup my hong kong raised grandma made for me when i was growing up. Hers was much simpler, but carrots, radish and beef, topped w scallions and dipping the meat into soya sauce....takes me back. She grew up in Hong Kong during the 1910's...she was a bit of a wild child w cheongsam, cigarettes, gambling houses, she didn't grow up learning how to cook, but she managed to master some basic Cantonese home cooking. This was one of my favorites from her.

      Hey! I was using soba noodles. You can also use ramen, wanton noodles, flat rice vermicelli, or you could try making your own noodle, link here ruclips.net/video/5VIcEv1-UWk/видео.html

      I dont use salt for this recipe as the fish sauce is very salty itself

      Hi Kevin, not very sure what you’re referring to. Perhaps u mean not a soup dish. If thats so, I do hve plenty of stir fry dish, how to make noodles, cooking basic, etc.
      Check out my other cooking videos on my channel.

      In that case, you will need to find store that specializes in Indian spices. They probably do sell them frozen.

    I want ti ask about what kind of noodle you use for this recipe?

    • @ktn0180
      @ktn0180 6 лет назад +1

      I already ate this soup in Hong Kong airport so I saw the noodle which it was really realy thin.

    • @3thanwong
      @3thanwong  6 лет назад

      I used soba noodles here. You could use wanton noodles, flat rice noodle, vermicelli, yellow noodles, etc.
      I suggest avoid using durum-wheat noodle (pasta, like spaghetti).
