Here is my thoughts on the discussion, isnt set in stone tho.
Be aware that Hoyo provides IED and Lara provides DMG.
For grinding, the best is to one-shot the mobs on the map. So, if your dmg overall isnt stable enough (like low crit, for example), i recommend using Hoyo one, first strike bonus dmg may help to 2shot or even one shot the map, when you already have a stable dmg and just need the numbers, use the Lara one.
what level i need to be to go and creat and move to the next class ? lets say lara first what level i need to get like 50 ?

Maplestory doesnt have something like a rule or an absolute time to do something like that, or i believe it doesnt.
In the time that this video was made, there was and event to help level your alt characters, so what most people did was:
Leveling your main is your main priority and use the events resources to help level the alts.
How far should i level my main, before jumping to an alt? For most beginner i believe it is right after you got 200 ~ 210, in this time you will start to do hard/chaos bosses like CRA, HARD MAGNUS, CHorntail and etc...
For these bosses you will need mesos and cubes to have power to be able to defeat them using a pensalir set (if you dont have a CRA set that will expire).
So, you need power to defeat these initial bosses, to get more resources.
This power comes in a lot of ways, stars in your equipment, link skills and legion (witch are this topic), potential lines, arcane river symbols and it go on.
Around the levels 200 ~ 210, youre still accumulating arcane symbols throught daylies, you dont have as much mesos as are needed (because youre probaly doing few, if any, of the easiests bosses) to have power from cubes and stars, so the better and easiest way is to amass power from link and legion grinding.
This is where this list comes to help, using an event or not, in this time of the game youre focusing on getting the alts to a minimun level, most will give their link skill level 1 on the character lvl 70, so in the beginning, you can just level up them to lvl 70 and wait for a good XP event to level them further and get more power when they go to level 2 or 3 in their link skills.
Legion is the same, every class has a legion block that will give some bonus stats, so by doing link skills youre helping your legion grid to grow, you will start to use the grid to get some stats to further help you defeat those bosses, and them amass resources, itens and money.
Some of these alt characters may even become boss mules as the time pass.
Just remember that this is my opinion and maybe not everyone agrees.

Very useful guide, I always been told to do the exp first but they are also always the most painful ones to do. Hope you make one for early legion order too after links!

I just want to add, I think exp mules might be suitable cause of the events. The equips given by the hyper burning event should really help out with damage that maybe exp is worth considering. But this is great content!

Legion gives you a lot already imo, This time around I am not trying to double dip so much and smash 8k legion in 4 months of casual play. I replaced Kinesis and Explorer Archer with Khali and Kain. Survivability and fat damage I think it cools down for 40 seconds while it is active after the 5th time (20 seconds or I might be wrong and it just cools down for the 40 seconds after the skill goes down the 5th time) either way early game 4% Crit Damage doesn’t feel as good imo.
Just an update: if you don't want to Level up 3 Explorer Bowman Classes then you can just level up Lynn, So Lynn Link Skill at lvl 3 Boss Damage 10%, Crit Rate 10%, Hp & Mp 5%.
EDIT: I suggest you do this on a Burning or EXP Boost events cause levelling Lynn to 210 is quite a time sink, otherwise you can get level 2 for the 7% Boss & Crit and 4% Hp & Mp

I'm a brand new player on my first account. Level 70 marauder. So should i just make a new character in the order you suggested and just level each one up to 70?
while i agree with the list, i think we can emphasize ordering better; DA, phantom will be really slow for low legion characters, and aran hits really hard and is prob one of the best links to have for 1~140 legion grind. Same with merc, esp after the buffs, getting it to 70/120 will be very forgiving. I'd personally make an aran first/ pretty early before the dmg ones because it will have no problem clearing maps. but overall solid list, i agree with them
He made this list for jobs that struggle leveing without the event. Not to do the best leveling classes first. Do the ones that suffer without legion and this event... I don't think you listened to his explanation for why he made this list lol

New here. Just starting off. So should i create my main 1st? or like straight up build all the link skills and then only start my main? haha cause i see i can make burning characters.
Get your main to 235 asap (for all the symbols) and then do your legion/links.
Can’t get legion till you hit 200, so you’ll definitely want your main. My plan is to do both, play main and slowly build up legion and links on the side.
Just finished my first link skills using this and I can finally play the game! Can't wait to be the worst bishop in existence!

Question so with the 10-100 event does this list change order also with the event going on I seen if you 0-100 the Evan Aran and Mercedes first then use that storage room to get to 141, you can use this exp potions to get to 200 and close to level 3. But was wondering if that be smart to do now in this event or just work on damage cause I did this list back wards

Not necessarily. You should start with a main so you can invest rewards from events to it. These linked characters should be worked on one at a time, in conjunction with your main. Also you will be working on linked skills & union throughout your maple journey, so just think of it as a long-term goal rather than “I need to make x characters before I can do xyz.” It’s a marathon and consistency wins.

keep leveling, doing dailies, hitting monsters and saving money. Spend on event and then go hit boss. Boss will die
i main Lynn so i have base 89% crit rate... is there something else i should do instead of all these crit rate links? i can't go over 100%

How do we know which classes have high base crit rate? (sry kinda a noob)
I usually check the grandis libraris website, they list how much of each stat a class naturally has with their passives
you won't know unless you do research like on maplewiki or ask experienced people. It's a good question

I’d do the 3 experience links first and then just pay for frenzy and you getting a ton of xp, I can make a lvl 70 character in abour 50 mins and 120 in 2 hrs that way with exp buffs also, all exp matters and helps
now lara dont exist anymore so she have the same link skill as lynn?

I prefer hayato than kinesis. Hayato link skill + union bonus stat is better than kinesis

Kinesis = Link (3% Critical Damage) + lv140 S rank Union (40 Int ), If hayato is lv200 the union is +5% Critical Damage
I wasn’t factoring in the union block effect. I meant just the link still is better. Hayato character is prob more important to make early on, but it’s more annoying to train tho, and you need it at 200

After all, i would start the exp classes first, why? Because u only lvl to 70 and the mobs are all one hit. So exp is more important
how does adventurers curiosity work? i leveled up a ranger to 70 and received no link, has it been changed?
You have to accept the quest on the ranger from the light bulb
