I'm having issues where i can hear the dial tone and people talking to me, but they can't hear me. It seems like my headset isn't charging properly maybe either. the battery looks dead on the charger. Any tips?

The CS540 is compatible, you just need the APV-63 if you want the ability to answer/end calls away from the phone.

This headset should connect to a phone (as you have shown us) and also connect to a pc? There should be a toggle switch on the base to switch between both. Am I correct?

@@Emyrose25 go to your Polycom desk phone and go to settings > basic > headset > hookswitch mode, make sure this is on Poly or Plantronics. Go back one screen to headset memory and make sure this is enabled
I have a 7320. Can it be used with the pc only?
Hi Tye, yes you can. In the back of the charging base is a port for a USB cable you connect to the computer.
