- Thrift with me at a HUGE pickers barn of vintage salvage and materials in Eastern Oregon and follow along as I discover a massive thrift warehouse loaded with fun vintage and home decorating items. I score the cutest designer cottagecore wallpaper I couldn't leaf behind!
I also love shopping at estate sales, auctions, goodwill, and garage sales for items to keep and for resale.

Selena ❤What an AMAZING shopping stop. Hey When I find AMAZING wallpapers. I line my dresser drawers and closet shelves. You can even cover foam core or old paneling cut to fit the back of bookshelves. Then you can change up the looks seasonally. ❤

Hi Selena, I give you a lot of credit for having the patience to sift through all that stuff. When I see things thrown together like that I tend to walk away and your husband is a saint! There is no way my husband would deal with any kind of shopping. I loved that handmade basket you showed. It’s amazing that people throw away things that this generation could never reproduce. I just picked up a beautiful hand crochet lace runner in linen for $5. I would preserve those kind of things if my relative made it.
Selena, you are a Sweetie Pie. Your husband is a Saint. My X had the patience of a cockerroach. I couldn't go anywhere with him. Beautiful finds. Wish i had friends like you and Laura, your Mom etc. Just to get in their cars and "galavant". My Moms word for running around and doing a lot of "nothing".

I'm an interior designer, the gold leaf curtain hardware you purchased, looks like "Paris Hardware" it is a very "high end" drapery hardware company, the rings alone cost $1000.00 a set... SCORE ‼️‼️‼️ You did good👍🏼❣❣❣the whole box would sell for $2500.00 ‼️‼️‼️

Look at all the great places you keep finding.How fun.I could get lost in some of those places.There were alot of nice things in that huge building, these rooms just kept on going and going.I saw alot of nice hardware,beautiful linens and some really cute outfits and also shoes.
Your husband is so patient. Love the finials and rings. I would have had to get all that wallpaper, too. You never know when you might need some emergency wallpaper!

Why don’t you go to a salvage place that has vintage doors, architectural pieces, they just may have the hardware for your French armoire.

At 16:45 I thought I saw a native buckskin dress! I could be mistaken, but there was such a mix of primitive, pioneer, ranch, shabby sheik, MCM, all sorts. Love it!💚💚💚
Selena, you sure do have great taste when picking good value items. I didn't know one can buy used handles, and knobs, etc for drawers and doors. That is cool. Vintage is more elegant. I like older things like lace, tablecloths, pillow cases, and am thinking of making a tote bag for me and decorate it with lace , maybe ribbons and perhaps abalone or pearlized buttons and perhaps some shiny beads. If I do, will definitely snap a photo and share it. Thank you for your tips. Have a great week.

My husband would walk around for about 3.4 minutes, tell me his legs-back-knees hurt, then go take a nap in the car, lol!

I enjoy the wallpaper, too. It could be framed. Pick a wonderful frame ( I'm picturing an ornate gold frame ). It could stand on its own or add a goodie, like a pretty hankie or even a photo, and the wallpaper becomes a mat board. Or frame it out on a wall using trim pieces. Enjoy it wherever you decide to use it.

NO.....that pastel embossed paper isn't you...🙈 yes! maybe as shelf paper or drawer liners. I agree with hubby, if you find things grab all they have! It's best to have too much than not enough, remember the fancy pulls you just got, you needed more after getting home!
Those Victorian milk glass lidded jewelry boxes are lovely, I've never seen one with blue and pink before 😍 Also, love the colors of that wallpaper, can't wait to see where you place them in your home. Awesome video Selena! 😊💕💕💕
