Kinda what I did as a hvac contractor in Florida . Used my license to be a large companies qualifier . Made high salary for 1.5 years set it up for success as the manager hiring everyone and training and then backed out . hired my replacement and get a weekly payout now contracted 2 years at a time then renewal . Large lump sum if they want to end at contract renewal periods .
Yes that is a requirement through the CSLB. If they own less than 20% they can only qualify 1 business at a time and they must also post an additional bond.
Can a Certified General Contractor also hold/be a Builder Contractor License in the same state (Florida) at the same time?
Unfortunately you would have to check with the Florida licensing board as the rules and regulations we know are California based
@@contractorslicenseschool Thank you

Same goes for the C20 or any contractors license
@@contractorslicenseschool if I got c20 , I need to pass law exam again?
@@ЮлияБиглова-ж6о Give me a call 909-361-0100, if you already have an active contractors license there should be no reason to take the law exam again.
