I don't have back pain nor mood swings (some people don't and some do) but I do have bad cramps
I don't get back pain or that bad of mood swings, the only mood swings I get are feeling of being really really tired like on the first day but it starts to wear out after my period and I get a little cranky too. I also don't get cramps I get bad stomach aches.

@Korlover queen oh boy. We have different bodies, so for you it's that one. I don't have big crams, they're slightly irritating, but they never hurt so bad. I have MASSIVE bone pains though. Not just my back, but every single bone in my body hurts sooo much I swear it feels like I can die, even walking is hard without relying onto something or someone. And my mood swings are dangerous, because I cannot control them at all and I'll say the meanest things ever to people I care about, and 90% of the time I don't even mean to be like that! I feel bad for your period cramps. Seems like we have the same problem in different places!

помню как на физре сказала что у меня идут месячные и не могу заниматься.Физрук устроил истерику как это я не могу заниматься, ведь спортсменки как-то заниматься, а потом он вызвал меня к классному руководителю.И там мне промыли мозги,ведь она как-то в своей молодости занималась и ничего,все хорошо. Кое как меня заставили заниматься.После 10 минут бега,мне стало очень плохо и я прям при беге потеряла сознание. Чуть позже приехала скорая.А после этого случая мы пошли с родителями к директору писать докладную.Как я её написала,вызвали самого физрука,и он сделал вид,что я не говарила про месячные, и типо он тут не причём.В итоге мой класс подтвердил мои слово про месячные.Все хорошо,но ему просто сделали замечание,а на физру я не хожу😊

Hannah you’re correct, it’s very bad for some people. I don’t get any mood swings when I’m on my period, but the pain from my cramps get so severe that I end up puking for an hour straight sometimes. It’s living hell. And I’m sure some have it worse than me

Me too. But I usually don't suffer from intense period cramps. So, it might be a bit difficult in my case
I once went on a binge of watching men experiencing period pains and/or labour pains and I noticed there are different types of machines. Some are small like in this video where it's just on the front and back of the hip area, but some actually have a patch that go on the spine and... basically under the balls which apparently is the most accurate one so far

omg ikr when I was in a old school we had only male teachers but now im at a diff school its way better the girls and boys have there own separate gym and i now have 3 female sport teachers and they know what we go through so they give us days off so we can lay down and rest while other's do things they also have a freezer with drinks/snacks but the other thing is that they have showers in our locker room for us to help with cramps

So it's like having a fever with stomach pain and head pain every single month, and you're supposed to work and go to school and act like you're perfectly fine or you're "complaining." But when a guy is tired or sick they get understanding and are allowed to complain...
Also, some girls have much worse premenstrual syndrome where they can get very exhausted and even severely depressed for a full week (or more) each month. For some it's lighter, often it's a medium amount of emotional exhaustion and hard to handle things. So the "menstrual" period is actually like half your life, 2 weeks out of every 4 with some kind of hormonal symptom causing you problems.

Men also have estrogen just low amounts. What makes men “stronger” (I’m using quotes because y’all aren’t the ones pushing out a baby from your dick) is because we have more pain receptors. We have about 34 nerve fibers per square centimeter while men only have 17.
