Noah was so preoccupied with whether or not he could, that he didn't stop to think if he should.
Arrested 15 times, 3 pending felonies, seems like a solid person to bond out, I’m sure he learned his lesson.
To be fair, his felonies have (mostly) been fairly minor in the grand scheme of things. Due process and the presumption of innocence, he doesn’t deserve to be denied bond.

It's sad because you're absolutely right.
This kid needs help but unfortunately he lacks either a solid support network of people or just simply doesn't have any impulse control.
I think he very likely has some undiagnosed mental condition and just a poor choice of lifestyle/social circle which leads to his behaviour and drinking, which clearly he cannot control.
Ultimately though, it makes for one of those folk "legends" which unless he's locked up for something far more serious for a long time, will inevitably lead him to an early grave, either by his or someone else's hands. It just takes him having a weapon in one of these situations and a (justifiably, given his record) frightened officer to lead to a blurry box and quack sound overlay video of him cropping up on this channel.
He needs to be rehabed so badly.

The brother of one of my ex girlfriends from a long time ago was well known by the cops. Not for anything Noah-level, mostly stupid little things. But it was enough that he was insanely paranoid that the cops would come for him. One night, he burst through his girlfriend's front door, yelled "If the cops come, you didn't see me" and ran out the back door. Sure enough, a few seconds later, the cops knocked on the door. They asked what he was up to, and she told them what he had just done, and the officers laughed and said "If you see him, tell him we were just going to give him a ride cuz it's raining" and left. He came back several hours later, soaking wet. Apparently, he had flipped a plastic kid's pool over in the back yard and hid under it the whole time. 🤣
There was one with Noah where he was talking mad shit, threatening the cops and wishing death upon them (as usual), they called down this one cop at the jail - who happened to look about 6’5” or taller and at least 300lbs. As soon as he got out of the patrol car - he was hiding in the patrol car. He was a mess and begging until they recuffed him.
Then he started talking mad shit.
I guess his brilliant theory is they wouldn’t beat his ass if he was cuffed or something.

When I went to jail you get a bracelet and it says how many times you have been there. There was a guy with 46 said he had been in jail more time then not. Actually a really decent and funny guy had drug problems but nothing violent the reason he wasn’t in prison.
