I just imported 4 of them. Stock they are electronically limited to 84 miles per hour. Yes, miles per hour, not kilometers per hour. You can install a chip called “hks speed limit defencer “ which removes the rpm limit in 5th gear, then it should have enough rpm and power to hit 100mph stock. This is not confirmed by myself yet but it’s what I heard from several other sources. I’m still waiting on the titles to be able to drive my cars here in NJ
My son has been wanting one of these for awhile. There is a broker near us that had some cars come in and they had a import big car show. We looked at the Beat and first thing I thought was " I can't even get one leg on the car" He is 6 foot bit still has his heart set on one.
I also had my heart set on one until I drove it. Especially given the price tag, it's just not a smart idea. Also being in the USA makes it even more of a bad idea. It's very loud than your traditional FF FR platform. I was actually surprised
