Thanks from Poland! Same problem here but I had the luck to find your video right away and now is time for repairing. Many thanks for sharing your precious time.
Yes, it is equivalently on the right side but I didn't finish the job yet as it was too cold and my hands were freezing , but hope will do that soon 😀.
Glad the video has helped, I searched for weeks to find out what it could be, I've got a problem with the temp gage and tyre sensors now...they work sometimes then go off saying fault. So must be on the same wires or area.
Absolute legend this guy thanks very much. Ordered a new part off Autodoc but didn’t work, (part number wasn’t an exact match, but looked the same etc, Autodoc said they don’t do it). Found a part on eBay from a scrapped car, £25. Works perfect. Thanks! Saved a fortune.
Many thanks for posting up your video. I have just had the exact same problem with my 2016 model and thanks to your video I completed the job quickly and also ordered the part from Autodoc , it was here within a week and cost £56 delivered as opposed to £128 from Citroen. Easy enough job but getting out the two screws holding the resistor in place is a bit fiddly to say the least but all is working just fine now.
I posted the video more for the location...as I said I searched everywhere, took a gamble and it paid off. Yes those bolts are a bit fiddly aren't they.
I am having a similar problem and you’re right finding information on the Internet is nearly impossible.
Very useful video.
Thanks man.
I spent days looking for information.

Thanks for posting this ...exact same problem with my wife's C4 picasso and replacing this part fixed it.
Thanks glad it helped, wasn't the best video but I looked for weeks and could only find the mk1 shape problems.
Thanks so much. I followed your steps, replaced the resistor and saved £400! Cheers
Your welcome, as I said on my video I searched everywhere and struggled to find help. Glad it sorted your problem and saved you money

Your welcome, I searched for ages and could only find videos for the mark 1. I took a gamble and it paid off.
Me too! Watched the video, no mention of the two bolts either side holding the resistor in place and these are very fiddly!!!!

Do you know how to replace abs pump. Please help me
No sorry
Thanks
Yes it resolve the issue, I think I got it from ebay for around £60. If you Google the part number loads will appear.
What is the part number please
What size rachet did you use to get the nuts off the resistor to remove it. I cannot get it out
5.5mm I think
Any chance you could link the exact part?
The part has a number on it, go on autodoc and type the number in and it'll bring up the one you need.
The video stops but did this solve the issue? Where did you buy the resistor?
Once you find the resistor just order the part number on the one youve located
Please like if its helped you locate the problem
