  • Na videu je postup výměny turba na Kia Sorento 2,5 Crdi 125 kw.Na turbu byl poškozený regulační ventil, proto auto kouřilo, ale po prohlídce vůlí na vrtulce (jsou velké) jsem turbo vyměnil celé.Po výměně auto nekouří.

    Vielen Dank für das tolle Video. Dank deinem Video, habe ich es meinen Turbolader selbst austauschen können. Jetzt hoffe ich dass er auch auf längere Zeit hält und nicht bald abfällt 😂

    Well in Sorento you have a big space for work in H1 Starex 2006 we have to disarm all the left side alternator etc

      There are 2 types of D4CB Engine, one is producing 140HP and the other has 175HP.

    Je réparer le turbo et j'ai démarré le moteur 15 minutes et puis son accélération de vitesse et puis j'ai fais un tour deuxième vitesse son forcer à la fin de compte la fumée blanche quand j'ai stationner , le moteur reste en marche et quand j'ai accélérer le moteur emballer , accélérer tout seul, où est le problème et merci

    Thanks for all your advice and videos . I have this issue: nu turbo is whistling and when i try to gain power to acceleration , i have a lot of black smoke. Do You think îs turbo?

      Díky, když se o sorento dobře stará tak je dobrý. Chce to pravidelně měnit oleje a doporučil bych 4x4 se systémem EST připínání čtyřkolky podtlakem u automaticky přiřaditelné TOD často odchází rozvodovky.

    Could you have done that without taking of the outlet manifold? I'm about to change turbo on my iload, and I dont wanna risk having a leakage between manifold and outlet so that the O2 sensor goes nuts and injects loads of fuel..

      How did you go with it? Did you have to take the manifold off? Or just the 3 bolts from turbo to manifold?

      @@TWaz-ys5fb i did mine on ramps in my driveway day I posted that reply. Dropping coolant, oil, and specifically removing the oil filter will make life somewhat easier and cleaner. remove your airbox and hoses, unbolt power steer resivoir, get an impact driver with a big extension and a 20mm socket and detach the downpipe (2 bolts). Get a 10mm under the turbo bracket and remove the fastening nut.
      8 bolts hold ex manifold to head, another 2 holding onto the EGR pipe. Remove all.
      Remove 3 nuts holding turbo on and wiggle manifold off will come away from head then up and out. For turbo removal, disconnect the 2x coolant lines at the head, the oil feed line on top, return on the bottom and it comes right out.
      You are in for a days work if youre not used to big jobs and/or don't have all the kit. You can not shortcut it. Everything i listed needs to be moved.
      Fitting a new oil feed line is the hardest job. Its in a mother of all spots and is not possible to access with a manifold or turbo in. I unknowingly dropped the second copper washer when fitting my feed... you'll see how easy it is. Make sure 2 washers are on the banjo and its on tight. It will leak if not done right. Its going to demand full attention to slot it.
      Fitting the feed to turbo can be annoying but you can use brute force to line it up.
      Also please for your own sake replace with a genuine borgwarner unit not a Chinese one otherwise you will have problems i guarantee it.
      Drop sump and clean pickup if you haven't already before running a new turbo
      Use pre lube in the feed hole and let it work it's way through while you pull the old one out

    Why oh why does every Kia video show people pulling off the entire manifold?? What a waste of time. Turbo bolts to the manifold, there's acres of space, it's faster, less hassle - unbolt just the turbo. Yes, it's a bit fiddlier, yes you will have to use some skill, but the time saving alone is worth it. When they're doing the cars it's the same - half the engine bay & all the exhaust off - to take out a bloomin turbo that's held on by 6 bolts... open the 6 bolts... leave the rest alone. Ever seen someone do a JLR turbo??? If you listen to JLR you've to dis-assemble 3/4 of the vehicle to get at one - guys do them without dis-assembling hardly anything just by using their cop-on.
