The empty seats by the fireside says it all. It was a privilege and a pleasure to have known all the musicians who are gone way too soon.

Wish I was there, waiting to be served a beautiful cold beer and listening to the fantastic entertainment. All pubs should be like this one🍻👍

First visited Spanish Point in 1959. Again in 1968 - witnessed a dance at the crossroads outside what is now the Armada Hotel. My grandfather, Martin Morrissey, helped rescue the crew of a Portuguese ship wrecked off the west coast of Clare in January of 1917. His name is moralized on a plaque at the site. Spanish Point is a nice place to be on a fine summer's day.

My mom was born in Spanish Point. Only been to Clearys once. It was a memorable night. A man played the saw!

You really have to have been there before the euro to hold. It really was a little to the left of the twentieth century. I miss it still.
