Around 5:06 he starts playing this part of Bucks of Oranmore totally closed and he is taking some delight in it and again when he ends the tune. If you have experience listening to pipes and if you have ever tried to learn pipes, you will hear all of these wonderful "Easter Eggs" he throws into the tunes that only he and other pipers are likely to get.
