I think the Kenwood dough hook did a better job than the 6 quart KitchenAid spiral dough hook, and I like the stainless steel whisk, beater, hook for Kenwood. After I used it the first time to make a 500g dough, I saw black metal powder on top of the dough hook after removing it from the motor. There are black metal powder in patches and thick black line on the dough hook on the part that was inserted into the motor. May I ask do you have similar problem with your kenwood mixer? Thank you.

Beside the latch that raises the head, it says, "Major Titanium". These are excellent mixers and I would like to get one. But, I am undecided between the Titanium and the 8 quart KitchenAid Commercial mixer. So, I hope you will be able to get the Commercial mixer if you can, and if you compare it with the Kenwood mixer, it will be very interesting. I live in Canada, and we see lots of KitchenAid mixers, but not many Kenwood. Thank you, and have a good day.

近日我的鄰居也去買了一台同牌子同容量,1000W,中國製的,才369澳元,真實惠。
我個人非常推薦kenwood。

Kitchenaid现在的proline 7QT(不是新出的deluxe 7QT)有用DC motor。 视频中提到的8QT commerical也是DC motor, 应该会比一般Kitchenaid的AC motor机型打面团会好一些。不过kitchenaid的说明书好像有写限制含水量低过多少%就不可以打的说明,含水量少的面团感觉真的吃不消。您有考虑试一下小型商业的countertop厨师机吗,像似Hobart N50。原价买可能太贵,不过在ebay或者美国一些local buy&sell或许能淘到,可以弄一个玩一下
你也很专业哦 我有小型商业的 220v的 但是因为电源原因 只可以在家里车库用 偶尔用一下 10斤面粉 稳稳的
@@QG.Kitchen.Maomao 你的商业spiral mixer应该是最给力的哈哈。不过Hobart N50是5QT的,120V可以直接用厨房的outlet,最方便是可以放在橱柜下面。

6Qt的最多揉面7斤吧 这么说吧 揉再多的面 我都是两斤一揉 这样揉醒交替 完全不耽误时间的 后来我入了大功率的240v的和面机 坐式的那种

你太牛了!我就一个kenwood,6.7L,应该就是你说的7Q,电机能到1500w,加热是1100w。它的问题是太大,250克以下的面团基本没法打,只做一个吐司挺费劲,两个就好打多了。我也从来不拿它打蛋,搅拌缸太深,拌不起来是真的

那些ka揉面团还有一个很大缺陷:掉黑粉。不仅仅功率不够,钩子形状不好,导致揉不了面团并且还因为钩子不是不锈钢的很容易掉黑粉(不敢相信,老外消费者是真的阔达,一直就买这些东西),同时没有定时器。大陆在卖的很多牌子2000多人民币那些,出手套膜速度快,不锈钢钩子,形状好不掉黑粉,随便一台可以秒北美几乎所有家用厨师机...感觉大陆品牌竞争力极度强大,品质,价格都非常有竞争力不知道为什么不卖过来
国内我给爸妈买的乔立就很好 没办法 竞争吧 我的黑粉问题倒是还好
我昨天用Kenwood同款打了560g的面包面团 4档的时候一直在漂移……
估计是很干的面团 500g 凯伍德没得问题的
