Loved this interview! I now need to visit Pembridge! Just started this book after purchasing from Sherlock and Pages. Loving it already! Excellent in-depth questions and relaxed interview style from Luke, you allowed Gavin to answer without interruption, this needs to be seen by a much wider audience, btw you have the most stunning blue eyes Luke! They also need to be seen by a much wider audience!

    Dear Luke,
Don't know if you have thought of this but you may like to contact Miranda Mills -- who has a You Tube channel, largely dedicated to all manner of book -- and who has also interviewed Gavin Plumley.
Miranda and her mother, Donna, recently visited Bath and Frome, showed us around, displayed their goodies and expressed their desire to return.
From what I understand, Miranda has a pretty high profile on You Tube and other platforms, so you could promote each other through the magic of the internet. (I'm a 71 year old dinosaur and don't understand much about things like Facebook, Instagram, etc., but the pair of you will probably be able to natter away, on this subject, with considerable expertise).
Miranda's favourite author is Jane Austen -- hence her excitement for the trip to Bath, and few day's accommodation in a massive Georgian house.
They then travelled to Frome (Frume?)*, but time sort of ran out, so they had to return to Bath with some degree of disappointment.
Still, they very much wish to re-visit both areas.
And Miranda's promotion of Gavin's book led me to request purchase of same, by our public library in Mandurah city, Western Australia.
The staff kindly bought the volume, though only they would know how many -- including Yours Truly -- have borrowed it.
As for your channel, I regularly watch it and, actually, was directed to you through Cheryl -- Aussie, in Victoria -- who recently purchased a bunch of your books, then enthusiastically showed us her loot.
    Cheryl's channel is
    Australian Book Travels
and she specialises in showing the viewer around Australia's pet-friendly accommodation, generally in small country towns, numerous heritage buildings and examination of yummy books.
I have watched a number of her podcasts and highly recommend them.
In any event, you may be interested enough to contact Miranda, and she could well be happy to hear from you!!
May I wish you and your partner ALL THE VERY BEST with your bookstore and hope you become multi-millionaires, whilst providing much joy to customers, through the genius of Literature.
    Cheers for now,
    Rowena Murray
*Sorry, can't recall how to spell your town -- and don't wish to offend -- but, if I leave this page, will have to re-type all the above.
(I initially thought it was with a 'U' but, then, remember it as possibly 'O', so will research that, RIGHT NOW!)
