    Awesome review Jason!! What do you think, I’m thinking of getting a 12m but can’t decide between the 9 or 8m.
    I’m 85kg and I’m leaning towards the 8 for really stronger 35+ days or so you think the low-end of the 8 might be too low for this quiver?
    Or shall I get a second hand orbit for those extreme days and take a 9-12m
    Thanks

    • @jasonofmontreal
      @jasonofmontreal  14 дней назад +1

      Really depends how often you get 8m wind I guess... from 8-12m is a huge gap, I'd wager most days you'll be wishing you had somehting in between. I'd say at your weight you could ride the 8 from about 22-25knots and up, so it might work... my quiver is 8/10/12, but your idea of 9/12 NXT and a cheaper big wind day 8m isn't a bad idea at all... lots of Low V options that would work with Slingshot pair, Orbit/Edge/Nitro etc all solid options for big wind sending days.

    The code v2 design / colors have to be the ugliest kites of all kites designed in the last 3 years... 😅 nxt looks nice though... was it on purpose to push people towards the nxt? 😜

      If we’re rating ugly kites you shouldn’t forget duotone 🫣, for me personally north, core and some smaller brands like vantage make the prettiest kites with their simple design.
