All you have to do is look at the holdovers like Justice Sotomayor, who affords all power to the Federal Government and views it as allocation of rights to the citizens when that is in exact opposition to the Constitution which acknowledges that inherent rights of the people and the extremely limited powers of the government.

2. NYC makes it impossible for their citizens to get guns, unless you're law enforcement.
3. NYC restricted the police in doing their job.
4. NYC passed laws that makes crime virtually unpunishable.
Conclusion: Criminals are armed regardless of what the law says and can commit crimes without facing real prison time, and the law abiding citizens are walking targets.

What is Boston doing? Only the US Flag should be flown over city hall, and/or the state flag.

All other flags may incorrectly reflect beliefs or support/sponsorship for something that is not completely representative of the people in that community. Religion, Sex/Gender, Socialism, etc. would represent "activism" on some level and have no place in city hall. As A Christian, I would not want a flag of the cross to fly over city hall, because I recognize not everyone is a Christian, and not represented by that flag. But the US and State flags represent all citizens within that community equally.
