Yes, all Maxi-Cosi car seats are compatible with their pushchairs.

I have the coral and it's compatible with Mamas and Papas Ocarro pushchair. The adaptors I recieved with the pushchair supported it thankfully.

Regarding the isofix base which we get Maxi-Cosi Tinca, is it compatible with other Maxi-Cosi car seats?

You're very welcome! It depends which base you have for your Tinca. If it's the Tinca specific base, it will only take the Tinca car seat, if it's the FamilyFix2 you can use other infant carriers and next stage seats too.
