It's because you used thinner to clean it while painting with a two part urathane. You should have use reducer to clean it. The thinner in the line wrinkled the paint
I used pearls from dipyourcar.com (ZTS hypershift pearls) and I used a black paint base coat, then added the pearl in automotive paint clear coat, then covered it with regular clear coat.
Beautiful paint! Had those at my work for primer , and Top Coats. Always used different assembly for each paint.

Thank you for the advice. I have a few things I have to paint this summer, ill give that a try
As well it could be too early clear coat spraying on base and thinners didn’t vaporise enough so they became closed under clear coat
That is a beautiful color
you should have read the directions you clear the line by covering the spray tip and diconnect the bottle the air will back flow to clear the line.
cover spray tip and press down the air will back flow and clear the line

Sounds like you didnt purge all of the thinner.
What color base did you use? Plastidip or automobile paint?
