Hi Arman, When driving in snow and colder weather it’s best to also equip your EV with dedicated snow tires and I don’t mean all weather or all season tires, Real snow tires with the mountain and snowflake logo. You should also choose snow tires that are designed with low rolling resistance and if possible buy rims and tires that are the smallest your car will fit. The smaller the rim diameter the lighter the wheel and the better the efficiency. You can gain 10% more range with smaller wheels with the correct tires designed for EVs.
For example my 2019 e-tron I had a choice of 19, 20 or 21 inch rims. I chose the 19 inch which improved my range over the same vehicle with 20 inch by at least 10%. The winter tires I have are Nokian Hakopilitta 3. They say right on the side wall Low Rolling Resistance and give almost the same range as my true summer Bridgestone Alenza 001 tires. For winter if an EV owner has the option as in other owners case where the EV model has smaller diameter rims available for specific vehicles like it does on Tesla, Audi and Hyundai then always buy smaller rims for your true winter tires. Cathy's predictions are lofty..and her timing has been a bit off. However, her holdings have done well. As a retail investor, I cannot duplicate her institutional style, but I do watch her movements to semi "foretell" market movements.. any intel we retail investors get to give us a leg up on what's about to happen, is welcomed imo. Helluva lot of bad analysts out there.. I've taken advice from a few and lost $. I make sure to have cash ready for the good analysts' informational tidbits. I have my list of decent sources, u need to build ur own. This channel, boomer Mama, Lutz, Goldberg are on my list. Great job, guys.
The problem with the channels you mentioned is that they never say a bad word about Tesla. Maybe they’re funded by a hedge fund that works on poaching retail investors.Ask yourself- how did these geniuses miss the NVIDIA run? They’re so focused on Tesla that they have total blinders on the rest of the technology sector. Don’t fool yourself, Tesla is just a car company. It will be for at least a decade.

Sitting in an airport, going thru TSA AND being charged to extra luggage makes roadtrips more favorable even for couple hundred mile trip. Im going eclipse chasing soon in April and Im going to rent FSD on my Model Y for the month of April to see what its like Im sure it will be lifechanging for my trip!
As someone with a Model Y, it's so bad I rarely use it. The oppressive nagging every 15 seconds to keep a hand on the wheel at the exact right pressure to trigger recognition without canceling the drive mode makes it unusable.
Just ordered an X today coincidentally to get the $7500 discount. Did not and won't get FSD ever again until it's at least level 4.
Tesla is a coiled spring on more than one front but not being patient will and has cost many $$$$ and I am glad that I have cultivated patience as well as great resources to help me see the future clearer. Thanks for making me Brighter Herbert and Larry!
They had terrible quarter, no plan for the next, price gapoed down. I don't know what 2025 is going to look like but this year is not going well for Tesla and I'm a big fan, got the car but sold the stock

Time targets on tech peak income (my take), Van/Compact - 2025Q2, Optimus - 2026Q1?, Energy MegaPack - 2026Q3, Robotaxi - 2026Q4, heat pump (home HVAC) - 2027Q3, Powerwall/Solar Residential - 2026Q3, Corpus Lithium Refinery - 2027Q4.
Also, Van/Compact on unboxed manufacturing method, which will be adopted for SEXY as well around 2026Q1.
What do you think the bottleneck is on Energy? Materials?
@@TheStatechamp2010 bottleneck? Nope. There really isn't one. I mean, if I asked you to move 6 tons of dirt to another pile 20 feet away, by yourself, with a standard hand shovel, then asked 1 day later, what's the bottleneck??? I need this two days ago. Yeah, that's the bottleneck. Elon at battery day asked miners to mine more lithium and nickel. Yet no one has stepped up, except for Talon in Wisconsin. It simply takes time. The Corpus lithium plant is Elon's response to not mining lithium and Talon is to deliver millions of tons of nickel and rare earths when they come online in 2026. So in 2026, the bottleneck will lift. 2025 for lithium when Corpus comes online. Tesla should have the next two models out by then with no battery constraints. $2000 a share easy with more to come. Many will wish they bought when it was 189 a share. And that's now. And that's not even counting Dojo and Optimus.

@@TheStatechamp2010 Megapack and iron EVs will start with Corpus, until they get nickel from Talon. LFP is cheaper and faster but not high energy density output like nickle batteries.

Kathy and her funds should be in a good place by 2030. Record Interest rate hikes clobbered many of her funds. Cuts will give them a big boost.
X will be the platform to book robotaxi. Adding advertising screens into the robotaxi will be massive revenue generator

I think that Tesla can help accelerate the advent of wide spread acceptance of Robot taxi by first employing e-bike or e unicycle riding Robots which can be employed with less regulatory hurtles and that would get the general public more used to seeing robots running about unsupervised plus generate addition data where some of that might also be applicable to automobiles.
Thus Elon said that last mile delivery is not a high priority for his bots in that that is not the big money maker, and that is probably correct, at least initially. But it could be beneficial in a PR sense and and ice breaker to get the public used to inter acting with robotic technologies that could spread over to robo taxis.
Plus he can sell these to Amazon as well and make money there vs making money on the last mile delivery aspect.

It would be great to figure out what percentage of a megapack is Tesla built. I wonder if it’s only system integration and software. I am worried a byd or Samsung can replicate it easily since they actually make majority of the components
You should worry about BYD. They already sell them. And other Chinese companies as well
But there will be enough demand along with Tesla will be views positively with autobidder and the brand name

Anyone who has bought an EV so far (including Hertz) has paid a huge premium (versus ICE). And all are facing staggering depreciation - whether they realize it or not. Consumers are starting to realize this. Toyota knew all along.
I remember Elon said his renewable energy business is gonna be as big or bigger than Tesla ev business. Chances of fsd,robo taxi n Optimus bot becoming commercial successes r high based on said precedents. These will be the new Cash cows for Tesla ahead. Tesla share holders however must have the stomach to bear stock price votility.
My question is who's going to insure Robo Taxi when or if it is avalible?

ARK publishes a Tesla stock price prediction every year around March 1. In March 23, their 5 year prediction was $2,000/share in 2027. When Kathy said the prediction is going to change, what she means is ARK is about to publish their prediction for 2028 and she knows the prediction will be higher than $2,000/share. Stay tuned in the next few weeks with ARK and you’ll see their 2028 prediction.
If there's a fault in Cathies approach to reasoning out the upside from a basis of social continuity, it's that the actual downside is more likely and insurance strategies are the real theme on which to persist support for the investment mission, saving the planet that supports us.
As they say, past performance is not a good indicator of future performance. Just because Tesla had a long period of flatness and then a huge run does not mean the same thing will happen. Robo taxis are dependent not only on FSD but also the mountains of bureaucracy that will need to be overcome, 2027….not happening.
exactly. Let's assume FSD Robotaxi is available in 2 years. Then what, regulators will take years to give it the ok, they may even do it regionally, then states. Now, we can get mad at the regulators but they don't want to be the ones to give it then ok and then it can cause potentially fatal accidents (yes some will happen, lets be real). It's not as simple as all of us TSLA bulls make it out to be.

How will people who live in a condo or apartment charge an EV
No one knows the short-term Tesla stock price.
But my guess is that there will be good investment opportunities 12 - 18 months, because ot the macros
and a lull in Tesla's visible performance, and a build-up of relentless FUD in the MSM.
That's the time we have before we see the gen 3 cars, Optimus working in Tesla factories, or FSD out of beta.
But it's been said that the stock market is forward-looking. So, maybe it will see those things earlier than that.
My advice, if I gave any, would be to use that time to convince yourself of Tesla's value. Enough that you can stand the volatility.
Don't invest what you need to live on for a number of years, 3 or 4 at least, and as Elon says, don't use margin!
If you aren't convinced about your investment, yo will become one of those selling at the bottom.
I would suggest that the sign that you are sure about your investment is that you don't sell when it goes down.
Instead regard that as an opportunity to buy more.
My rule for not selling is to ask myself: If I didn't have them, would I buy?
But of course, if you are a trader, you know better, and won't take any such advice.
You will sell, with the intention of buying them back at a lower price.
Down over 50% in the last 2 1/4 years . If it’s still down by 50% after 4 years in late 2025, which is highly likely, and FSD and Robotaxis are still years away from full capability and government approval I guess Optimus is going to have to step up and 10X TSLA.
Optimus is YEARS away.. its all bull shit for now. Wasting time hearing all this nonsense. 2030 is a maybe not a guarantee
what i wonder is if we alreadyare producing millions of EV cars by 2029 then who will buy new cars if one who buys an ev today dont need to replace their car easily for like 25 years as an EV does not requre alot of maintenance.. then it will take more than 25 years until an owner that buys today will buy again ? What i mean is that the amount people that will be able to buy a fully new car might shrink right as the second hand market will have quite strong EV cars with long lifecykle aswell? maybe this is why elon wants to get to robotaxi in order for people not needing to buy a car at all.
as in a cell phone they die out or tech is expired in 2 years. Cars just not needed that often so they will need to expand into more markets but before that you really need to infrastructure built out (super chargers) again im a believer but i think the changes we want as stock investors is not as easy as it seems.

I want to buy a lot more Tesla shares let the stock be low for now thats fine load up now! When it takes off price will move like a train out of reach for most investors. 180 is ok for me to buy per share but if it reaches 1000 to 2000 i wont be able to buy that! Hopefully all employees are loading up, could thus be Elons plan to keep stock low for his employees?
Cathie Wood has to say grand things about Tesla because her ARK fund bought huge amounts of that stock under her direction. She wants her investment to pay off. It's in her self interest to hype the stock as much as possible.
Except her investment "rulebook" limits her ceiling on Tessy growth.
If someone tells you your maximum holdings can be no more than $1000, then who cares whether you have 50 shares @ $20 or 20 shares @ $50. She can't make anything off Tessy because she's forced to sell off every time the ceiling is hit.

Autonomous taxis in 2 years. What is, she smoking? Robotaxi? Good grief.
Robotaxi does not have human supervision. This will not pass regulatory restrictions that have not been created yet. Cathie has been claiming FSD for years and the software has not improved significantly. Better allocation of AI resources as Tesla would be for Optimus and potential revenue from Optimus perhaps by the end of the decade. The mechanical aspect of optimus is not special, just the AI aspect that would allow it to perform tasks without programming and supervision which has not be demonstrated yet.
The more data the better self driving gets, of course it will take time and no one will be accurate because nothing like this has happened before
Patience required but will be worth it. AI learns at an exponential rate.
Tesla is definitely going after the more difficult AI play with FSD but when solved (not if), the AI in the bot will be so much more simple of a task. By working on FSD they are also working on the brains of the bot. It goes hand in hand.

Uber CEO Dara Khosrowshahi has sold that technology years ago because it's a myth - can't be done. In the US over 34% of all streets are not even paved, naturally they don't have any markings where a vehicle would find it's orientation. Changing weather patterns create another problem. If the white lining is obscured by snow or sleet or heavy downpours...it's all over. It's 1000 times more complex than the autopilot in planes - and even so the sky seems empty by comparison, planes still collide, LOL. Got the idea? Pipedream !!
