The Perl Pros, once set up properly (run through personalized test->eq the flaws->set immersion level as desired) are class leading in ALMOST every aspect, and they're fecking comfortable as well. It's going to take a MASSIVE leap in technology to beat them (NO, Snapdragon audio DOES NOT COUNT as it's device restricted)...And to think that these were originally created by an Australian crowd-funded startup (Nura, with their TrueWireless Pro), before being bought out by a PREMIERE audio manufacturer. There's just nothing better at this point in time.

Far better in every and all aspects than both the nuratrue and especially Mx-5’s. Unless you’ve truly tried both, for hours, many genres, you simply won’t understand. In my opinion, the Denons rival my custom JHAudio JH-16’s, and those were $1300.
I purchased both. Returned the Sony XM5s. I've been using the Denon Pearl Pros more than my Focal Stellia cans recently... Wow Bluetooth has come a long way
camera tip.....to get things in focus when bringing close to the camera, put your hand behind the earbuds and the autofocus will focus on the object right in front of the camera. Then you can remove your hand and it'll stay in focus
There’s no comparison, the Denon are in an other level. Not even my AKG 400nc or my B&W Pi7S2 can compete. The Denon sound excellent and have the best features and app.
I currently still have the Samsung Buds 1 Pro and have now ordered the XM5. I'm curious to see if they sound better. I actually like the Denon brand more than Sony, but in this case the Sony appeal to me more. I hope I will like the sound. Thanks for your videos. They helped me a bit with the decision. Or any other I want good bass loud and good anc and transparency features too /: and the last question I have is clip4 or xb100 or wonderboom3? Or other mini loud speaker recommendations?
Right now, I can only answer the you first question honestly. IMO, the best overall would go with the XM5s, then AirPods Pro 2, then AZ80s. I hope that helps.
Could not get a good fit on the per pro. Weeny ear holes and massive weight is a bad combo. Tried for two days. Sound excellent but no seal equals rubbish anc. Swopping for diavialet gem 2. In for a penny.. Expensive stuff..

@@ronontechYou got my like and subscribe for that answer above. Can I ask you the same? Devialet Gemini 2, Perl Pro, Az80, JBL Tour Pro 2. Sound and ANC are top priorities. Phone calls/mic quality in noise/windy as well. Even more important, they should work without issues (like sony, bose, etc). Prev. Ive tried Klipsch. Sometimes only 1 bud connects, other time they stay connected to the phone even after I put them back in case (and drain battery). Sony 700n buds - I could hear every footstep I took. Beats Fit Pro - they pick up SLIGHTEST wind noise. I mean, I couldnt feel it, but I could hear them in buds. BW 7s2 - no volume control on the buds. Momentum 3 were OK until they got stollen. They did pick up a bit of wind, but all in all good earbuds. All those brands do fancy codecs, transparency mode, adaptive this and that - but cant nail the basic. Connect, stay connected, isolate sound and sound good.

I have the Hexa and they won't sound anywhere near the sound of the Denon (not even the 80% of it) I also have the Kato, the IE200, the Dusk, the S12, out of all of them the only one near is the Dusk but the Denon has way better bass and treble and imaging, not counting that if you want to make the Dusk (or any wired iem) sound good you'll need a good source/amplifier like the Q5 or the BTR7 which together they cost way more than the Denon. I have the BTR5 and few more wireless iems that the Perl just blow out of the water.
@@Goryglory0209 Fiio ia not a copy of anything. It's his own brand that defeated 50% of all of the other brands "fancy" brands out there by giving value for money. And to be clear Fiio products are not cheap.

Bro help AirPods Pro 2 or xm5 or technics az80? /: and best overall over ear headphone? AirPods Max xm5(overears) xm4 or crusher anc 2?
Agreed. Sorry they didn't work out for you. You won't be disappointed with the Gemini 2s.
Any idea whether the Denons sound as good when paired with an iPhone? All of the testing I’ve seen is has been with android phones.
I beieve they would. They support Apples AAC codec.
Would u help me to decide between this one and the new Bose comfort ultra?
Between these two and the QC Ultra, I would go with the Denon PerL Pro.
How high the XM5s are on Yours list ?
1a or below?
Below. If I were to do my top 10 now, they would be in my top 5.
What are the best true wireless buds if I prioritise sound quality and mainly listen to pop music, please?
There's so many to choose from.
Any on my Top 10 list would do a great job.
@@ronontech thank you for taking the time to reply ☺️
Denon perl pro Better than devialet gemini 2 ?
Check my channel for that video.
Solid comparison!
Thanks.
I dont think my phone supports the lossless mode of the denons, is the lossless mode really needed for these buds?
It only works with devices that support it. I think they sound awesome without it.
If you buying these get a phone that supports it. If not the Sony better choice cause your phone would support ldac an you get the. Best of it. I'll say do research an make sure your phone supports it you'll get the best bang for your buck
Hey man, can you help me decide the better earbuds to get? Great content you're creating, helping me a lot to make a better decision. The most important factors are the sound quality and ANC/Transparancy mode.
* Denon Perl Pro
* WF-1000XM5
* Sennheiser MomentumTrue Wireless 3
* B&W Pi7 S2
* Technics EAH-AZ80
Thanks in advance :)
My choices in order considering your factors are:
Denon PerL Pro
Momentum 3
WF-1000XM5
EAH-AZ80
Pi7 S2 (I never purchased them)
Thanks for the support.
I hope this helps.
@@ronontech Thank you very much, I really appreciate it!
Bose Earburds Ultra
@@MrVricolaks I just got the Gemini II and Bose QuietComfort Ultra earbuds in (literally just arrived). Stay tuned for their unboxing vids and their Gauntlet Series.
Which is the loudest earbud you have?
Oneplus pro 2
Good question. I'll have to get back to you on that. I have a LOT of earbuds.
Thanks man. Subbed.
Thanks for the sub!
@@ronontech You put in the work. Half self, half god.
What is the song you play when you play the music? So catchy. Name please.
The title is Hot Chocolate by Aves.
@@ronontech Thank you!
How are the perl Vs perl pros, assuming lack of spatial is going to make the largest difference?
Go pro bro
I would suggest the Pro
Lower quality driver, Bluetooth 5.0 instead of 5.3, no aptX Adaptive or aptX Lossless, no Multipoint, no spatial audio, only 2 mics instead of 4 (2 bone conducting) per ear, no aptX Voice. Pros: lighter weight at 7.1g vs 8.6g.
@@dadthelad thanks for your response, sound wise what % of the Pro did they manage to retain (as I don't want to spend that kind of money on the pro)
@@kazino21I don't know mate, I'm just quoting the specs on their website. I've just been researching which buds to get myself, so took notes. Tossing up between Perl Pro, Sony XM5, and Sennheiser Momentum 3. Perl Pro is the clear winner on sound quality at least.
hey man, can I ask if i’ve got an iphone, why would their brand be better? (think you mentioned it in a separate comment)
You would be able to enjoy all the features available within the Apple ecosystem if you went with their products. Earbuds included.
Nice!
Thanks!
THANK YOU FOR LISENING TO ME
UNLIKE MY FAMILY
No problem!
I dunno why do you make a reviews like this, There's nothing special in those soundstage wise. None of them are audiophile earphones, Real audiophile earphones are IEM's. Fiio FH3 and are 100 light gyears in front of them not to mention Shure SE846 or Truthear Hexa
Thanks for the comment.
@DamirHorvat-nw7wm Ron is comparing true wireless earbuds…Not wired earbuds buddy.. Of course wired buds would sound better.. No comparison 🙄
You might be a fan of Chinese copy products like Fiio
