Question: as you were there on the ground, how was the air traffic noise level? To elaborate my concern, the Google maps show that this community is only 5 miles South of DIA and right under the path of the planes that will be landing on or taking off from the two North-South runways of DIA. The DIA is among the top-5 busiest airports in the world, not just the US. And with only 5 miles, these planes will be at a fairly low elevation, producing a lot of noise. That sounds like a major drawback for a masterplanned community?!!!
@@you_dont_know_me_sir it’s not bad at all, to elaborate on what the official Aurora highlands channel commented, it’s very minimal, and it takes a jumbo jet (literally) for it to be noticeable. Quite a few jets flew over us as we were filming
A LOT Bigger, taxes are a tad higher due to Aurora and the scale of the metro district, but Aurora highlands has more variety in prices to help offset that, whereas central park is mostly 600k and up, with huge pockets being 1mm+
Here's the thing with Aurora the crime is going through the roof The homes are getting sold at a lower rate than ever. Let alone the development will stop building .I repeat. Will stop building because what's going to happen is a great recession which is going to be the Great depression which no one's talking about and you're starting to see developers are pulling out because there's no money to be made. Aurora Highlands or anywhere in Aurora is a bad area to move to just because of the crime.
Thanks for the love, Mitch! 🏠❤
@@TheAuroraHighlands you’re welcome! I can’t wait to see the community transform even more!
Beautiful home. I would never leave just sit in the house all day. 😂😂
Me too, Tri- Pointe is an amazing builder!
The question is when will all the shops and grocery stores happen?? I already live here and theres nothing close😢 but we love the area.

Hi Imran! Very good question. The air traffic noise at The Aurora Highlands is very little to none.

Do we know if Safeway or Sam's Club is coming? What stores and restaurants are coming?
Not sure yet as to what grocery store will be coming- more than likely a king soopers as they are one of the bigger chains in the state
@MileHighLivingwithMitch darn. Sad. Safeway is so much better. Hopefully a Sam's Club comes
Hi Dustin! We don't have any store names as of right now but our goal is to bring a grocery store such as Whole Foods, Sprouts or Trader Joes.
@@TheAuroraHighlandscount me down as a vote for Trader Joe’s!
How does it compare to Central Park/stapelton ?

The HOA sounds expensive..
I missed it. What is the HOA

How about other areas in CO? Wonder how much the crime has spread?
@tomhahn6077 north east Aurora isn't a good area because it's so close to Green Valley ranch which isn't a good area at all. Never has been
