Ah, that Daryl trick just brings me back to how great his effects still are. His ambitious card routine still is one of my faves, even if a case could be made for it being too long and too slow for nowadays. Great episode and showcase of tricks, Elmsley’s count is so good and multi-faceted it’s basically a mandatory stop on the learning track, and while tricky it’s not so bad it’ll chase everybody away screaming. Now, speaking of running away screaming, time to go back to break some fingers on learning the double deal lol.

Emerson and West still produce the famous Color Monte. That was the first packet trick I overbought, around 1974 or thereabouts.
