Love this! I seen that you put the gelatin in with the mousse before turning in to a solid like most have done. That’s a step less which is always great. The cake portion is made with the same ingredients as macarons, right? I think what I loved about this tutorial, you showed that you do not have to have a heart pan for the cake and how you illustrated the gelatin in the recipe. Thank you! yes, you will have to cover it with a plastic wrap that touches the surface of the glaze, but I would only store it for a couple of days in the fridge
