    Love this! I seen that you put the gelatin in with the mousse before turning in to a solid like most have done. That’s a step less which is always great. The cake portion is made with the same ingredients as macarons, right? I think what I loved about this tutorial, you showed that you do not have to have a heart pan for the cake and how you illustrated the gelatin in the recipe. Thank you! This tutorial got you a new subscriber ❤️😊👌🏻

      Thank you so much for your comment and welcome to my channel ! yes the dacquoise cake's ingredients are very similar to macarons ( which reminds me that I should post I macaron recipe 🙂). Let me know if you try this recipe, I am pretty sure you're going to like it!! it is one of my favorite cake , the mousse is so smooth and refreshing and the dacquoise balances it very well🙂.     Can we put only vanilla extract instead without vanilla pod in to the vanilla mousse? I’m hardly find vanilla pod here

    heyy can the glaze by stored?

      yes, you will have to cover it with a plastic wrap that touches the surface of the glaze, but I would only store it for a couple of days in the fridge
