Caramel chocolates are my favorite! Especially the kind with the gooey caramel like yours. I love that yours doesn't have corn syrup in it like a lot of recipes do

Today I made these Caramel Filled Chocolates to give my Valentine, my husband. The candy is in the freezer for the final step and we cannot wait to try them!! Thank you, Gemma! I've never made caramel before and you made it super easy!! Oh, for a little something extra, I used just a little sea salt on top.

& can we replace cream with butter? COZ I don't like cream alot in my deserts,that's why....literally amazing& creative idea gemma 💕
There are really great ideas Bushra. The problem with this caramel is that it needs the cream, though yo can make a Dulce De Leche, with coconut milk, which would work well here too! :)
