- Hey guys! In todays video I took all the orders no one wanted and this happened, Walmart spark delivery all my all my orders sucked, was it because my acceptance rate was so low along with my cancellation rate? What do you think happens when you take only low paying orders.
What’s the worst order you’ve gotten so far?
I accepted an order over the weekend without checking the distance. It was for one item which wasn't bad, but I drove from Livonia to the border of Farmington Hills where Commerce begins. The pay wasn't bad, I just wasn't mentally ready to drive that far. lol
1 mile, NINE 40 packs of WATER going to the THIRD floor. Yup! I'm a dummy. Haha!!
@@trinnytron I accepted an order with 11 cases of water going to the 11th floor. I quickly dropped that order.

@@trinnytron I can’t remember the he exact amount but I know it was no more than $30.
We need to ask them to remove the opinion to remove tips.. I took an order with $7 tips and after the orders off the customer went back and removed it even though it was on time and they got everything so we should come together and ask them to remove that opinion
People are horrible how dare they take ur tip back.

Right! That's not fair to us at all.
Removing tips should never be allowed unless you have some type of proof the driver did something shady to your stuff like throwing it or breaking stuff. But there needs to be some type of proof and a appeal process for the driver. Cuz they shouldn't be able to just take it away with no excuses even with on time delivery and nothing missing.
Spark is probably taking the tip..
Some days we win some days we lose. As long as we live to spark another day !! Lol

Does anyone know why spark gives you-incentives but then they don’t give you any orders to make the incentive… what’s up with that?
I think they do that when they have high order volumes so maybe it’s over saturated with workers and so the orders just aren’t there to take, at least that what seems to happen in my market
@@LifeWithLei thanks Lei for sharing your knowledge to us, I know that I’ve been looking for ways to make more money and understand how spark works, I’ve read all of the do s and don’t but until you get into it and actually make a delivery you then it starts to sink in on how to work spark to your advantage. Walmart has way too many customers who are non tipping, not enough good orders to go around to everyone with nice shiny green metrics,
Yess literally had an offer for 16 dollars I waited and got a 54 dollar one 🙌🏾
Walmart shoppers are typically budget shoppers and not people who tip.

In my area, they’re holding the orders and batching them up together for the lowest amount of pay and releasing them during rush hour when it’s traffic and schools are out.
So true, my area they are doing the same thing. Don’t make no sense what they are doing with these orders, holding them to batch together for a cheaper price.

I'm in the green all across the board in my metrics and last weekend everything that came in was trash. High miles, low pay, no tip listed, not many orders coming in to me, etc. I did take what ever but I literally had to stay out all day just to make a few bucks. Orders have been coming in slower and slower to the point I thought something was wrong with my phone lol. Hopefully things pick up since Christmas is right around the corner.

Large orders to apartments are usually families on food stamps. Some elderly with common since will tip you in cash.
But most young people won't come to the door at all but be peeking out the blinds watching a 60 year old carry 40 packs of water and get out of breath.
Then you have some on disability that ask you to bring it inside ( which we are not supposed to do) if they are in a wheelchair, I definitely take it in out of pure human kindness. but they are on there laptop and tell you they just added a tip. You never see that. ?

Currently doing spark. Do you ever experience any glitches? Or Walmart associates taking over an hour to provide you with an order or saying that they don’t have an order in our system. Spark customer service sucks
A tip i don't really see mentioned or maybe i've missed them, watch what you eat. You cant be out there eating bean burritos, chasing it with coffee. Or snacking on Takis while taking orders. You will have the bubble guts and spend more time blowing up the wal-mart bathrooms than doing orders.

I'm a new Spark driver and so far my experience has been an absolute nightmare twice I was sent 10 miles the opposite way by the in app navigation I watch other drivers come and go while sitting in the parking lot and not getting any orders. I mainly do door dash which is much more profitable in my area anyway.
I was having same issue bro but all thanks to Spark_Techz who was able to got mine fixed with the help of bot grabbers I earn enough money now

Waiting time in Miami is 30 minutes to 2 hours. So those offers are not worth it at all. Then you have to deliver. Terrible terrible here. I believe we need to contact the FTC and complain about it. But the most important is how they manipulate the system and cancel good offers from drivers. So that they can assign it to their favorite group of drivers and family members and keep the highest offers for themselves to actually deliver cause they are in the apps themselves.
FOR THOSE WHO DON'T KNOW...
WALMART/SAM'S EMPLOYEES ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERY DRIVING FOR SPARK AS IT IS A CONFLICT OF INTEREST.
I NEED AN ATTORNEY FIRM TO START A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST WALMART AND THEIR EMPLOYEES FOR STEALING FROM THE LEGAL DRIVERS OF SPARK AND FRAUDULENT BEHAVIORS IN MANIPULATING THE SPARK APPS AND OTHER APPS.

These orders are terrible!!2 orders $14 for 8 miles. 1 order $14 for 10 miles. No tips!!!! I can't wait to get out of January.
I always have Uber and DD running in the background so I am making some sort of money in between that are close to the stores. If I’m not moving, I’m not making money.
Spark was good for me solo for a while but I think it’s time I get back on DoorDash. Thanks for watching

Shop and delivers always make my app glitch and I get errors when scanning items. Makes the process so inefficient and it drives me crazy! Spark can never leave us in peace.
Regarding whether it’s a house or apartment, drivers mark it at the end of the order and it’s automatically placed for the next driver to know. If drivers don’t mark it, the next driver won’t know.
In my location there is one store that is never ready on time even when it says ready. 1-2 hours behind.
Sundays are the absolute best. I do a few in the mornings before church and start back after church until abt 9. Ive made $200 on a Sunday.
6 bucks for 15 miles. Yesterday i thought i was having a bad day woth spark. I couldnt get any good orders but i woke up the next day to a 50 dolla incentive which brought me to 180 for the day oh ya
I find myself taking screenshots to find the customers house sometimes when the app doesn't work. I shouldn't have to do that.
the title made it seem like all orders, good or bad would be accepted. But orders were cherry picked at at least $2 per mile and there was a cancelation as well. Love the vids though, good job.
lucky you're not in Minnesota working on your phone while you're in traffic, can be costly.

24 hours is too long for them to remove tip. We should get that automatically
I've also had the spinning wheel. I think it's when my phone is trying to connect to WM WiFi. I started turning off WiFi when doing Spark and have had no further spinning wheel issues (and the app seems to work better as well). Thanks for the video (today was a crappy day for orders in Alabama... hopefully tomorrow will be better. :)
I let my AR drop once to 32% and they sent me all kinds of crap orders, never again. I keep mine in the 80’s and the orders are much better. I save the rejects for third floor water orders.

My acceptance is currently 6% and I still get plenty of good offers.
I prefer batch orders. I can’t do those 3rd and fourth floors with cases of water. No tips for all the work.
I hate that wheel of death. And definitely need to do something with allowing them to remove a tip I have never been late on an order am always polite but I had a 10 dollar tip turn to a 1 dollar tip...

My app started to show “ House “ and “ Apartment “ besides the address.
And I avoid big case of water and 2nd floor and up apartment unless it’s very small items order. It’s Not worth damaging my back.

How do you tell if it’s an apartment order and what floor it’s on?
It will depend but if it has an apartment number or unit number that’s a good indicator. Also the number could help tell you which floor for explain it might say 1600 westward st. #304 (this could mean it’s an apartment on the 3rd floor.) I know all apartments are different
It shows you the address.

It is definitely worth it, there are days that are slow but its worth it.

I just received my first Walmart food delivery .I paid $7.95 to have the young guy deliver it. I had to do some research. I found out he makes $15 an hour( The new minimal wage). O well, I guess that's good.....
We do not receive an hourly rate. Also, we are not Walmart employees.
