I love this band. Shaye Cohn is the glue that holds Tuba Skinny together. Erika's voice is superb and Robin shreds. Very interesting to see this different early line up of band members.

No star-allures, no ego-shows, just pleasure and joy and rythm and precision. It is a great pleasure to listen to them and, thanks youtube, looking at them playing.

Very professional performance. I noticed the band changed tempo and with it upbeat, they got in their licks in time allowed, then slowing it down again for Ericka to put the "icing on the cake". Your the tops!
They are sooo authentic, it just mind boggling...no damn computer generated stuff, just pure talent, music, they really do their research, they make it all sound brand new again. this crowd sounds like they were starving for good music and talent. New Orleans should at least give them a medal and a grant for representing them in the best possible way all over the world. Make that the United States should do the same. Side note outstanding performance by guitar, cornet, washboard...surprise, the banjo player sings real fine too.

The song at 18:35 (good old wagon) is one of the best blues singing performances I ever heard in my life. This girl can sing as good if not better than Billie Holiday.
If you have been around for awhile and into this music , you will know that Erika is clearly replicating the style of the era, and doing an excellent job of it. She only got better at it.
No words,....just amazing. I have to say that TS are something else and the best on the planet at what they do, but, without Erika there is a link missing in the chain for me. She has without doubt one of the best voices in the world and THE best in the genre's she sings in. I do so so hope everything is fine after her op, because we can't afford to have anything less than 100% Erika. What an amazing singer and beautiful woman.
