AHHH what can i say.. just another banger from dragon ball man. Literally left me in tears and speechless as per usual. I got to bring tissues next time haha. I finally saw Vegeta and Goku fuse together which was beautiful and i can’t wait to see more of Gogeta :)

Facts. This one in particular is the best in my opinion. The actual canon first transformation is definitely up there but I feel like this one is better animated and, with the OG score, way better done.

Fusion Reborn has to be one of THE BEST Anime movies I’ve EVER seen from a quality standpoint. The level of quality this film exhibits on full display - from the sound design, to choreography, to art direction, to animation, to voice direction - for a film that was produced and released in 1995, Fusion Reborn is pretty damn terrific, and evidence that Anime films are rarely made like this anymore. It’s top notch from end to end.

to my memory, this was the first time goku and vegeta did the fusion dance(somewhere prior to the buu saga, which is why vegeta later makes his statement about goku's ssj3 in that saga.) definitely one of the best DBZ movies!
It still wouldn’t make sense because Goku was busy the entire time Vegeta was dead. These movies aren’t considered canon
The movies actually take place in another timeline. This one is more or less one where fat buu was defeated by Goku or Gotenks

It's awesome to see someone get the legit feelings I get whenever I watched any of the newer Dragon Ball movies as an adult. That hype and that emotional peak during the fights and the small moments in between being so wholesome is why, despite its flaws, so many of us love it. So glad to see someone appreciate it!

Talking about Gogeta coming across as more calm, yea. So Gogeta is my fav fusion. So the reason for the way he acts is because of how the fusions work. The Fusion Dance uses Goku's family as the main base for some reason. Idk why, it's explained. But you can actually kinda see, his face resembles Goku more, but with Vegeta's hairline. While Vegetto's face looks more like Vegeta with Goku's hairline (well kinda, it's like a middleground thing). That's because for some reason the Potara Fusion uses Vegeta as the base, again never explained, which is why his name is first, just as the "Go" parts in Gogeta and Gotenks (well Goten's full name is in that one lol), are in the Dance versions. So They take after whoever's name is furst, in their personality. So Gogeta has the more calm demeaner of Goku, and Vegetto has the show-off side of Vegeta (the "I'm better than you" thing). It's pretty neat characterization.
I expected nothing less when Vegeta showed up you're just real passionate about the characters from DBZ hopefully you'll watch Dragon ball Super eventually especially after you watch the first movie of super The Battle of Gods. Wonderful reaction gorgeous ❤❤❤
The scene that makes me cry the most is when Goku has to tell everyone that Gohan and Vegeta are dead and then Bulma starts yelling "Noooooo! Vegeta! (Sobs) Noooo!"
i like how each fusion was unique, vegeto felt more like vegeta and gogeta was more like goku. but both have their own unique set of techniques and moves
If you know why Gogeta smiles when he defeats an opponent it's really something else. It ties into why he didn't smile when he defeated Hearts.

I remember I was watching this movie years ago around 2010 and I was young asf. I had all my friends and cousins and my brothers come into the room wanting to see the part Goku went SS3 and they got hooked onto the anime. Never will forget that moment and they all had goosebumps they said. They was like “Goku strong asf”. 😂😂😂😂

My first is broly the legendary super saiyan, my second is broly second coming, and finally the third is bardock the father of goku. I have not decided what Is my 5th favorite. So to help you out. Fusion reborn is non canon. So yes it came out between the buu arc. But if you look at the details certain events are different which is why vegeta was still dead and Goku saying buu was the only one to push him to super saiyan 3. So either Goku defeated buu or maybe gohan did or gotenks
