I know I shouldn’t respond to negative feedback but I do want to preface this by saying, this isn’t a hate video by any means or a video trying to deface the platform Cole Bennett built. This is just me as a genuine fan who grew up with lyrical lemonade stating my opinion on some things that’s changed over the years. Lyrical lemonade as a brand is thriving in today’s time, but I’m more speaking on lyrical lemonade MUSIC VIDEOS is all. Thank you very much if you watched and commented. Just wanted to put this as an fyi
Lyrical lemonade hasn’t had a downfall 😂😂😂 Cole Bennett and Lyrical Lemonade have only leveled up. When a platform or artist goes mainstream fans always say they on the decline
I feel I should’ve been more detailed when writing my script, but as a brand lyrical lemonade is thriving. I was more centering in on the music videos aspect
Exactly! he primary got famous for the (2016) SoundCloud rapper era… that’s pretty much done for; ONE most of the artists died or make horrible music now and TWO the fans grown out of the music… he needs to find more underground and different artists to work with that make different genres and not clones of mainstream artists
When I was in middle school and high school everyone always watched Lyrical Lemonade for new artists and new songs. Recently Cole hasn’t been giving anyone chances unless they got money or their song is turning into a hit or is a hit. I dreamed I would get a Lyrical Lemonade video someday, but now I don’t believe things like that will ever be possible. Not just for me, but for most artists.
This video is well made but a reach. Cole Bennett just did a video with Noza like a month ago, he did videos with the "underground" of 2021 with guys like tana and kashdami, Ssgkobe, etc. He did the same in 2022. He literally went out of pocket to give BLP Kosher a LL video and helped him get the free babytron feat. I feel like this view needs to be qualified
Nah look at pop and kpop artists, they still do ridiculous numbers on RUclips. No one watches a music video on tiktok, that’s what RUclips is supposed to be for.
* me seeing this title * damn! okay.. so tru tho. the day Concrete's vid dropped, earlier that day I thought "I bet Yachty gets them a Lyrical video" thats how predictable the channel is.
He was the greatest thing in my highschool years I used to love watching his music videos and we discovered new artists now I don’t watch him anymore because now I lost interest and yeah it’s too mainstream
this man just did the biggest concert of his career and yall saying he fell off cuz he dont do 2 million views off underground artists in 2 hours like he used to, whole time his hype just leveled out, yall some big haters fr, just looking for a video essay to support your hating
I think since those SoundCloud rappers fell off the platform died people moved on but he used the brand to do other things outside music tho it was just a vehicle to get him somewhere
i agree the videos have lost the charm for sure, and the scale of the artists has gone way up, but i also dont necesarily think anyone is under any obligation to "put someone on." it would be cool for that to be the direction he takes but hes a major video producer now that has to have a certain output to maintain that capital. there are way better underground video creators for actually underground artists if you look hard enough.
“downfall” really? such a strong word, you’re rly just trying to find negativity in things that make people happy! Lyrical lemonade is one few platforms that still have a soul, Cole does annual Chicago Clean ups, Turkey drives and Annual festivals. if you have such a negative opinion keep it to yourself. stop trying to find negatives in something that’s been around for over 10 yrs.
I never seen his guys channel but to meet this guy seems like a hater hate me for no reason literally the definition if he doesn’t like his platform what is he go to all the other platforms he named not even that this guy always talking about he remembers when he used to when he used tothat’s why bro life goes on. Everything is meant to be the same.
@@stubbs203 bro he's been signed to Columbia records for like 3 years that's not putting in work that's u being an industry plant. His flow ass and he ain't original 🚶♂️

Fax they tryna have cole be underground like nah he’s getting the recongnition he deserves
His videos barely get any views anymore he did fall off
I feel I should’ve been more detailed when writing my script, but as a brand lyrical lemonade is thriving. I was more centering in on the music videos aspect
He doesn’t have the same culture impact that he did back in 2017-2018 and plus I think theirs just videographers who are just better
Exactly! he primary got famous for the (2016) SoundCloud rapper era… that’s pretty much done for; ONE most of the artists died or make horrible music now and TWO the fans grown out of the music… he needs to find more underground and different artists to work with that make different genres and not clones of mainstream artists

I'm so glad you talked about this shit bro. Been curious bout' what's going on man.
2017 price is not a 2024 price the underground artist probably can’t afford a lyrical lemonade video

Cole solidified he could ride off into the sunset if he wants
downfall is a crazy word, they do one if the biggest festivals in all of music every year
Yea but does have the same impact as he once did with the videos not really
Downfall is crazy but it’s just a RUclips thing to have it in the tirle
i feel like he needs to do more underground things hes gotten too mainstream

theres only been like 4 videos in the past 3 years of artist that literally no one knows about at all so the point is still valid
I appreciate the constructive criticism
so basical lyrical lemonade has become a modern day vevo
Vevo is just a publisher
Guess you can say the "underground" aura of Cole Bennet/LL fell off, but saying he fell of as a whole is disingenuous
This man is a CEO. I definitely don’t think he’s fallen off especially as a brand but just the music video side of things is all
Hell naw that man did not fall off. U trippin
Compared to 2015-2018, he did
.well he came up during the SoundCloud craze and thats over, still a creative dude
I’m telling you if you drop something on this drake and Kendrick shit rn it will take off g
Bruh, the overall watch of videos has drastically decreased for every artist. People are more on Tiktok than RUclips.
Nah look at pop and kpop artists, they still do ridiculous numbers on RUclips. No one watches a music video on tiktok, that’s what RUclips is supposed to be for.
Everyone knows what a music video is lmao
He’s trying to the hit word count lmao

Juicewrld had lyrical lemon by the choker
There's no downfall, what are you talking about?
Literally
Lyrical lemonade used take underground artist and blow them up now it’s just mainstream rappers with songs that are just boring
Yeah man that’s my biggest issue in my head. It’s just getting dry
Underground rap fell off and nobody care about it no more
@@LosHitmanit didn’t fell off still going strong it’s just not as huge as it was 2016-2018

but i feel you the justin bieber video was trassh ngl
also you right about the fact of him not doing good music from the underground unknown anymore
Nah I still believe in him. If I’m being honest I just put “downfall” for some clicks😭
Did you just explain what a music video is in 2024 lol
Been thinking the same shit for a while, thanks for actually making a vid going into it
I wouldn't call it a downfall but rather a decline. The rise was so crazy that there was no way it would last forever

The knock knock video was hard tho

It's a fact, not a take
i was just thinking about how he hadn't had any big hits lately. I'll never forget him dropping DROSE

Sorry for the microphone pops in the video
Definitely no new artist getting featured on the channel though .
I knew about all of those artist before cole . But I get your point.
