@@feha92 well I did not think about the ones he didn't hover over, I must've missed them while watching. But by only showing it AFTER Tyler viewed them himself it makes the viewer feel more involved since we find out what it does only when he himself sees it, almost like we're playing ourselves

Not sure if anyone has pointed out the Pokemon reference, but the "Focus Sash" in Pokémon is a very useful item preventing one knockout hit and leaving its user with 1 HP instead. Super handy on glass cannon builds😋

Custom run idea: Gove your self a few Ether Wheel orbs and a relic that remove refreshes. You can neither take relic that give refreshes in the future nor take a refresh orb. All board refreshes must come from the Ether Wheels.
Such a fundamental question. Do you need to game to game? Can Tyler transcend himself and win even by not playing? Can he win without himself? How deep does the rabbit hole go?
Try peglin without buying or upgrading any orbs (for coins)- you'll be shocked how far you can make it with only free orbs and upgrades and being able to afford every relic in every shop.
my favorite build in this game is the one where you have no orbs and just do damage constantly without ever shooting while also being more or less impervious to damage
An all magnetism run would be fun, see how a whole ton of magnet relics and orbs would change a run. Might not even have to aim for the pegs to get hit.
Just FYI if you have echo, im pretty sure its adds to the healing of egg, so ifyou had waited to use it till you had like 200 echo, itse an easy full heal :)

You do realize that there's just a very limited amount of content you could make on Peglin that wouldn't be like that, especially if you are trying to see what orbs would be good for an entire video focused on them.

I don’t understand the possible benefit of taking more ohmygorbs. All they do is dilute your deck with more low-tier trash. Every shot is an ohmygorb no matter what, it’s absolutely better to have less of them so all your shots can be as high-level as possible- especially since your enemies can’t damage you while reloading, don’t take an extra turn while reloading, and every match ends extremely quickly. Edit: He got Hero’s Backpack. I take it all back.
There are three reasons: 1. More shots before he needs to reload - reloads gives enemies 1-2 extra turns (dunno why they sometimes get to move thrice [regular turn + 2 free turns]). Later on he got a relic "doubling" his deck size by nulling damage during first reload 2. "Heros backpack" is good for huge mono-orbed decks. Though that was never the reason he did it, as he didn't have that relic until much much later, long after he bought his last orb. 3. It's a way for him to sink his gold, so he can artificially up the difficulty level for a game that wins itself even at hardest, by making himself unable to afford relics in the shop, and take longer ot get tier 3's (it's the same reason he "spreads the love", despite the game having both discard functionality + events that lets you duplicate orbs at same tier-level as original).

It really seems useless to get more orbs after you already have like 5+. But I was wondering, is it? Even adding a orb when you have 10 already, is 10% more orbs. Working out the math for that case, we no longer average 10% of the rounds doing nothing, so 1/10 more damage, but instead we get a 1/11 less damage because of the 11ths round not producing damage. so Change in Damage = 1/10-1/11 = .9%. The general case is (1/x)-(1/(x+1)) or 1/(x^2+x). So for the example in the video of taking a 6th orb, that is 1/42 = 2.4% increase in damage on average if the rounds go infinite. But if the match ends with

Heres a bit of a boring challenge, but still: Take only relics that give direct damage bonuses (for example, Power Glove +1 /+1) Relics with other combat effects are banned. Relics with non-combat effects (like giving an extra choice option) are okay.
I don’t see any value in buying more of the same orb when the ones you don’t have are level 3. Especially when they delete pegs, you always want to be hitting them with your strongest orbs, adding level 1s just weakens your overall output. It also puts you further away from any reload synergies

We were renovating the place, so we put broken pegs (we had no good pegs left) in so that our players can still enjoy the game.
