The Moto Guzzi bikes are just pure, raw motorcycling experience. There’s no marketing gimmicks, no hokey features, no ridiculous image it’s trying to pass off, etc...anyone with a Guzzi can tell you that their bike is about the feeling and experience. Might not be the fastest, might not be the ‘coolest’...but it sure as hell gives a unique experience that can’t be replicated by any other company

Hmmm, as a Ducati owner you should know that in the US twins series a few years back Guzzi’s blew the so-called sophisticated Ducatis to the weeds, so much so that the Ducati super bike twins teams protested because they didn’t believe Guzzi’s could kick their arses in the power department. I owned a Ducati once, never again, and my 3 Guzzi’s are all way more reliable than that Ducati (70s 750S, 80s Le Mans, 90s 1100 Carb sport).

I know what he means about the later Lemons. The world had changed. Japanese bikes handled (most of them) and technology was going in seven directions at once... Guzzi made some bad choices (16" front?) and on an age of liquid-cooled V4 sports bikes that were running rings round it, the Lemon and it's peers started to look slightly antediluvian.
Even the very best fast Guzzis are hard to ride fast on an unknown road. They are not "point & sqiirt".
