Green polishes with sticky caps are from a russian brand called Masura (pronounced Ma-Soo-Ra). The caps are removable so you can change the caps or do what I do....give them a good scrub with a tissue soaked in rubbing alcohol....the sticky substance on the cap will come off.
Nice mystery box!!! That green one City of Oz is a brand called Masura; no longer making polish but I wish I could get my hands on one of her magnetics, every1 raves about them!!! =-)

This box is where this polish came from. I filmed these mysteries a long time and just didn't want every one of my videos to be mysteries so I spread them out. But you are right. In that I have struggled with this polish, more than once. It was in my yellow collection video and in a monthly mani video. Thanks for watching!!!
Just FYI, the volume was particularly low in this video. Otherwise, beautiful polishes! Edit: Europa is how you say Europe in Spanish, Italian and Portuguese. (Not sure if I'm missing other languages).
