    So there is no net production of glucose from the Cori Cycle, it's just way to reduce loss of pyruvate when aerobic overload occurs?

    What if demand for energy or oxygen supply restore will lactate of muscle will go to liver for conversion ( cori cycle) or it will get build up in muscle.

      Nope, it will always be shuttled in the liver to prevent lactic acid build up.

    If someone doesn't eat carbohydrates can they still generate pyruvate
