@@CouchCoop128believe it or not, that was a DLC for BL2. They made a standalone in 2022 (which was okay). But the DLC you’re referring to is arguably the best borderlands content to ever exist. Peak borderlands in my opinion
Thanks for the great list! One game I was surprised to not see is Towerfall Ascension there is a 2 player co-op quest mode you fight waves of different enemies and you fire multiple arrow types. The gameplay is so good, catching an arrow in the air and the amount of control you have over your character with dash, hanging from ledges, power ups, etc it's a blast. There was also a dlc that added a 4 player co-op mode. Check it out if you haven't played it.
Must say I agree with your picks we would of just slotted them differently but I adore your top 5 and would npt change a single selection. Broforce is just the best! Have finished it 100s of times with friends, since it's launch till today that game is launched probably ever week from my PS4 to the Pro to the PS5. When it just got DLC you better believe we were STOKED! Still praying for a broforce 2
Rayman Legends is such an amazing game! I just played it again with my partner in 2024, after playing it on release 10 years ago. It hasn't aged a day....in fact, its gotten better. Like you said - there really is nothing else like it that has come since, I really wish Ubisoft Montreal would make a sequel. There is a Rayman Legends physical board game coming out soon, but that's unfortunately not going to scratch the itch!

1 player AAA game with stunning graphic might sell well initially but hardly anyone revisit them afterward. Whereas CO-OP can be come memorable cult classic and people keep coming back to them over and over. Thus can sell over long run. CO-OP can also save below par game on campaign mode. Many sub-par game DO shine in Co-Op. Thus help them sell more copies. It's strange that most game developer opt out of co-op despite this fact. I can see they'd think Online Co-Op sale more copies. But money don't grow on tree. Plus there is more fun playing with friend & family than with online stranger. After awhile online lobby for so and so game become empty. But nothing beat going around friend place for a good crouch CO-OP and social interaction.

Man, Tomb Raider Temple of Osiris was incredible. Me and my cousin played through that multiple times, it was so damn good! One game i'd have to add is Dragon's Crown. Fucking loved that game! Never played it local coop, but i did online and it was a blast! And how can you show SOR4 in the intro and not have it on your list?! sacrilege! lol

Tiny tiny tiny correction- the pre sequel was a STANDALONE game believe it or not. The other DLC was all elite for BL2. Tiny Tina was my fav
